Pizza World - Menu

Cold and undercooked curly fries, not even fried but put under the pizza grill, other food ordered half cooked, ill after eating it, this place needs a health warning and to be closed down in my personal view!

Pizza was absolutely vile and undercooked, so inedible people were spitting it out. Called up to complain and they were incredibly aggressive and abusive shouting down the phone and would not let me speak. Terrible people and food is not safe to eat.

My partner and I ordered from Pizza World and waited over an hour for our food to arrive. The quality was terrible, tasting like cardboard. The food arrived cold and flavorless. We spent over £30 on 3 items, which were worse than my dog's dinner. I will never order from this place again. View menu

I placed a last-minute order for pickup at this restaurant, only to have a door slammed in my face while talking to a staff member. When I finally received my pizza, it was uncut and nearly raw. The food was absolutely disgusting, and the staff's attitude made the experience even worse. I will never be coming back to this unpleasant place again.

I placed an order through Uber Eats with an estimated delivery time of 16:40 to 17:05. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive by 17:05, so I reached out for an update through the app. After receiving no response, I attempted to call the restaurant but the call kept disconnecting. Eventually, I decided to use my £20 Uber Eats voucher to order from a different restaurant instead.

So I ordered a chicken donner and donner kebab with no salad just garlic sauce and some cheeky profiteroles with sauce. What I got was a stone cold kebab with salad the meat tasted burnt ad I had chicken shish not donner it was so vile I couldn't eat it and then those cheeky profiteroles were actually 8 mini chocolate covered doughnuts that were actually still frozen what a horrible experience View menu

Shocking service I would avoid at all costs I ordered food for delivery waited 2 hours then the app changed to delivered, the food never arrived, I phoned to inform them of this and just kept getting told no delivery no drivers, so why didn’t they tell Just eat to change orders to collection only? I didn’t get my order but they still took my money, I have registered a complaint for money to be refunded but 2 days later I’m still waiting. Shocking service do not use

Absolutely awful pizza, chicken nuggets, chips, garlic bread. All filled with Grace and very tasteless. I can’t say what the manager said that basically he told me where to go and that it was my fault the food was delicious they’ve never had any complaints and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I won’t ever eat here again as we had to throw the lot into the bin because we didn’t want greasy awful pizza. I would recommend pizza Gogo, pizza express, or Pizza Hut but not here!

My daughter just bought a pizza from Pizza World Bracknell, through Just Eat. I cannot begin to tell you how awful the pizza was. I took one bite, chewed, then spat it put. I thought perhaps it was just me, but no, my daughter did the same. My daughter called Pizza World and got nothing but abuse. Could not believe the abuse and aggression from Pizza World.
