"Pizza Express is exactly what you’d expect: a large chain of pizza restaurants with decent quality food. While I've always found their offerings satisfactory, they aren't usually my first choice since their options for vegans were quite limited. They now offer vegan cheese, but unfortunately, there still isn't a dedicated vegan or vegetarian menu. Nonetheless, I’m always glad to dine here, even if the atmosphere feels a bit lacking in character. Be sure to take advantage of their "two for one" offer (with a keycard or similar). The restaurant is located on a busy road (the South Circle) and has a spacious interior, but there’s nothing particularly special about the ambiance."

I went to the restaurant on Sunday at 2pm and had no trouble getting a table for three. It was busy with families, as it has been at this hour for the past 20 years. The waitress was friendly.
