"Visiting Bad Gastein on a skiing holiday, we wanted a restaurant where we could eat something different from the food we were enjoying in our chalet and came across Angelo's in a back road while out walking around the town. The food turned out to...be excellent and looking around us we could see that the standard was high on all the other tables as well, whether choosing pizzas or more adventurous Italian cuisine. The service was attentive despite the restaurant being very busy and we enjoyed a great meal without feeling rushed (we were given a two-hour time slot so that other diners could be accommodated at later sittings, but this was not a problem). We would definitely return to Angelo's if we found ourselves in Bad Gastein in the future."

The pizzas are good, the staff nice enough (forgot to pass our order to the kitchen though and no compensation offered), the decor pleasant and definitely above average for a pizza place. View menu

The place is lovely and so comfortable. The service was great and the food was scrumptious, my husband had scampi pizza and i had pasta with entrecote and a pesto sauce. We shared tiramisu and a carafe of wine. Absolutely loved it!

in a chalet hotel, so on which wed, when the chalet staff had their day of our group had their evening meal here, had wobble soup (very tasty) and calzone pizza for pornstar, had not a sweet as I was full, good. food, reasonable price. on the side of the menu is the history of the place, a read value.

Popular and crowded Italian restaurant. We were able to order gluten-free pasta but unfortunately no gluten-free pizza. The pasta was great though and they had several other gluten-free options. I can really recommend the Risotto delicious. Quite hard to get a table, so make...sure to book in advance. View menu

Not horrible, not wonderful The service was fast and attentive, spoke good english. However, the menu was quite expensive for what you got though the portions were big, they weren’t delicious of every dish we ate about because it was either...too big/heavy (cheesiest pizza i have ever seen) or there were ingredients (liked in the mixed appetizer) that we had no interest in touching.

the reservation is required and is only carried out for hours. we were unpleasantly surprised that even with the reservation we were forced to wait for min outside in a quantity to leave in the rest raunt because the next booking guests...only after all the guests had left the restaurant from the previous reservation. the service was very average. we asked for conductive water, but it was not served, but a fee of eur was included in a bill. but eating was great. I have never eaten better steak in my life, I recomend it.

"we had lunch here on the first day of our ski holiday and enjoyed it so much, we came back every other day except for one for the week. Perhaps eating outside has improved the taste, but we loved the burger, curry sausage and the spaghetti bolognese .all washed off with a glass strander. the prices were appropriate for the pists restaurants and the staff was very friendly. we decided to have a meal in the evening and took the single person chairlift to get there. we assume that the car is covered with the car, but it turns out that the private sessellift costs €7,50 per person we found surprisingly. the restaurant was pretty crowded when we arrived and I guess as we had booked the day before, we got the worst table in the house. two rectangular tables were pushed together to form a place in a small roof floor where there really should be only one. our family sat around one table and another family sat around the other so that two of us sat next to the other family and sat two opposite. it was a very strange and unpleasant device. eating was very good, however, as the wine selection. I had a Wagyu-Rindsfilet that was excellent, and my wife had a wagyu burger that she enjoyed. the waiter was very pleasant and helpful. after dinner we found places around the kamin in the ground floor and enjoyed music played by a live band. despite the bad sitting at the meal we enjoyed the evening very much."
