Bravo! Your pizzas are always excellent, which makes us spend a pleasant time.

Very good meals, however a coca from a glass bottle would be better, and the fries could be better. Otherwise very good meals and very pleasant staff

We went to the Scala at 4 for dinner. We ordered 2 pizzas, a dish of pasta and a plate of fries. The service went very well, the very kind and awesome staff. The dishes were all very good. I recommend this restaurant.

We found this little gem based on good trip advisor reviews. Food was great, especially the pizzas. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. There were six in our party and we were surprised at how reasonable the bill was at the end .Do...visit if you are in the area, it's a really nice place to eat.

I have two pizzas and some chips. (Only for 2 children and 2 adults) Very nice thin base pizza with good filling. Not best I ever had, but pretty good and the kids liked it, which is rare. I'll get you when you're in the area. Very good, too. Pizza from 8-13 Euro. A pizza enough for two children or two adults if you don't want a massive meal. View menu

We went here twice on our recent holiday based on tripadvisor reviews. The pizzas are to die for, all of us rated them as the very best we have tried! Service was friendly and excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We all especially liked the...iles flottantes too, a noveltly for my two boys new to France! If we are in the area again, we'll be back! Thanks to all the staff for being so welcoming.

We only discovered La Scala last night in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. I had tried another takeaway, but they said I'd wait 25 minutes for two pizzas, so I went to La Scala instead. The pizzas had a nice thin crust and were the most beautiful... we had in St-J-d-M and the portions of frit were huge, we have about 3 times as many for the same price we paid in our holiday park. I can't say how the sit down eating experience is, but we would definitely recommend it to take away.

After reading the very good reviews here on Tripadvisor, we really wanted to try this place. I don't know what this is about. The pizzas are really big with a super-thin, crispy crust (which was good), but mine was underboiled (crust was good,...cheese not completely melted at the top). Good, fresh ingredients for pizza toppings and service was good. This is a good restaurant, safe, but at the top of the Tripadvisor list as the best listed in St Jean de Monts is not strictly accurate. View menu
