"Today we visited Sabine in her eagle's nest high above the thick fog over Lake Constance and St.Gallen. What happened to this pub chapeau! Homely, tasteful furnishings with a fireplace, a good selection and the ingredients are only hand picked and of the highest quality and taste. The menu leaves nothing to be desired, the goat cheese tastes fine and balanced and is warm, the mussels in a bit of spicy curry sauce are a positive surprise, the veal liver is a revelation I've never had better! Unfortunately the wine was a bit too cold. For dessert there was cinnamon and mango ice cream. Both were absolutely successful, but especially the cinnamon ice cream, which is supposed to be extremely difficult to make homemade in this quality. Overall, it was a successful banquet to celebrate a reunion and surrounded by perfect service and hospitality! What else would you expect from Sabine! "

"Wir hatten eine Lieferung nach Hause. Der Lieferdienst war früher als angegeben vor Ort. Das Essen war immer noch heiss und ein gratis Cola gab es oben drauf. Die Bestellung war nur teils korrekt. Eines der Gerichte war sehr fade. Ein klassisches Convenience Restaurant. Wenn man die Produkte noch mit einem eigenen Touch versehen würde, wäre dies sicherlich ein postiver Aspekt. "Ein magischer Abend erwartet die Gäste im Incantare Gourmet Restaurant. Die gesamte Anlage der Fernsicht in Heiden ist bestens gepflegt. Die Gerichte waren hervorragend und jeder Gang wurde nicht nur bestens erklärt, sondern auch mit Erklärungskärtchen von einem Künstler kunstvoll untermalt. Der Service war perfekt und humorvoll. Die Weinkarte ist sehr gut sortiert, die Weinpreise können als eher hoch angesehen werden."

"Was at THE AMI on Saturday evening. Even though we didn't make a reservation and there were quite a few guests, we were able to sit down and order very quickly. The food was very tasty and you could tell that it was homemade. The service and the owner were always friendly and accommodating. I found the price to be fair. Would come again for me there are 5 stars for this visit."
