"In the latest months poké restaurants are growing all over Madrid like mushrooms in autumn. Although you can always have a fairly decent vegan option I'm not a big fan. I'll probably keep on eating in them when in a hurry but always feel kind of deceived: in the end it's just a salad. Surely it's healthier than some other fast-food options, but it's still a salad. And they're not cheap, even though they all seem to use low quality tofu as a plant-based protein, which was the case here."
