"A colleague and I decided to try Poseidon based on the positive reviews we saw here. We were very disappointed. We each ordered a different one of the combination plates on the menu, one with calamari and gyros and the other with gyros, lamb, and a few other items. The salads that started the meal were decent, if uninspired, and served promptly. Our main dishes came a few moments later and wow were we surprised at the level of fat and gristle we found on our plates. Not good at all. We are what we could, left a good deal untouched, and were surprised when the waiter just removed our plates without any comment or question about how we enjoyed the food. To top it all off, we were then rushed right out of the restaurant, with our waiter returning to our table about 3 minutes after we had paid our bill (we were still finishing our coffees) to literally tap on his wristwatch and tell us to go. It was early evening and there were many other tables occupied by other patrons, but we also saw at least three other empty tables as we walked out in shock, and no one waiting for a table, so it isn't as if we were keeping anyone else from sitting down to begin their meal! Total time we were in the restaurant was not more than an hour. Oh, and we also gave the waiter a generous tip. Turns out we really shouldn't have done so!I've never seen a waiter act so rudely, and this type of behavior is certainly not acceptable or the norm in Europe, where restaurants actually encourage their patrons to enjoy their meal - not rush them out the door with the coffee still on the table in front of them. Needless to say, we were both very disappointed and definitely won't be back."

Me and my husband went to the restaurant for the first time and it's gonna be our last time. The restaurant is close to the camp ground The Tent where we stayed during our vacation in Munich. Food was okay but I already ate in better Greek restaurants in Germany with way better service.

Although the place was practically half-full, it was hard to get a table for four without a reservation; only hours were admitted for us. That was alright. What a pleasant surprise it was to toast in the first place with a glass of ouzo!...I liked my fresh and simple salad, also, not to mention wonderfully grease lamb for the main course. One of the companions complained for a bit too dry sole. Atmosphere was Greek enough when you you're in Germany; music silently on the background, male waiters friendly (were they really Greek.. and service faster than expected. A really likeable place!
