"We recently tried the "celebration menu" at this restaurant for a friend's birthday. My partner and I opted for the GF options since it is a shared menu. The employee was exceptional, discussing all options with me and even adding an extra GF item from the regular menu so we could enjoy both a starter and main course. The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. It was a great experience overall and we will definitely be returning in the future."

"authentic Greek pork and chicken gyros, huge portions, tasty house made starter and salad. I had the mixed dives with picturesque and mixed circles and I enjoyed every bite. mousakas was also very tasty and fresh. the most friendly and friendly owners and employees and a pleasant environment. beautiful selection of desert and coffee to enjoy either in or away and I especially like the small corner business with the Greek products. well done Greek village, we become family members!"

"Lovely looking pub, friendly staff but rather inexperienced. Server didn’t understand what gluten free meant and had no idea what horseradish was, despite the menu stating the roast beef was served with it. Some of the roast beef served was so fatty and chewy it was inedible, however the burger was good, so maybe Sunday roasts aren’t the best choice. Especially if you want horseradish!"

"Had seen Zeus Greek takeaway when driving through Seaview. It looked like somewhere I would like to eat. Thought it was just a kebab takeout, so when I fancied a kebab for dinner I knew where I was going to go. After a minute...wait I got something I wasn’t expecting. Not your average kebab at all. It was freshly cooked, served with salad and a delicious yoghurt sauce and a Greek bread. I was blown away. It tasted amazing! I would totally recommend it and was good value for money. For five people it was about We couldn’t finish all our food. If you fancy something a little different than your average takeout it’s definitely worth a visit."

"When Greek grill Ola Kala first opened, I heard a couple people completely lose their **** about how good it was. Seriously, there were mentions of it as practically the best place in the city. I popped in for a quick check, was totally underwhelmed and decided to give it a while to settle in. I revisited on a very blustery Sunday when the place was sparsely populated save for one table of native Greek speakers. I took a seat at one of the other tables in the informal, neatly appointed space."

"we booked a table and they don't have our booking. eating on the menu was not served other items were given to us. reis was burned out of the package. waited so long for eating. short personal on Mother's Day that ruined it for me as it should be a treat from my family. there was no care how it was cooked or presented to us. very disappointed and will only go back when they offered a gesture of goodwill for a free meal for my family to for this terrible experience."

"Had heard mixed reviews from friends but really loved the menu so decided to go. The food is excellent, got a table which was a little cramped but the service was excellent. Lots of options to choose from, opted for 3 dishes each but the gyros was an overstep, was too greedy : Everything else was great, the deep fried feta with mango chilli (I think I've got that right was immense, everything else was delicious. Great and very attentive service and very good value. Would probably prefer some other beers to choose from but the cocktails were excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to go back."

"I really enjoyed my meal here. I had the warm hummus, which I was a bit sceptical about, but it was so yummy. My only criticism is that it could've done with coming with a flatbread. My boyfriend had the vegan meatball kebab and enjoyed his too. I will be returning."

I'd be interested to go when sober and see if it was as good as I think it was, but it definitely seemed delicious at the time. "I absolutely adore this place - it boasts a truly unique concept with top-notch food and drinks. I frequent this restaurant twice a day, starting off with a light breakfast from the fridge and a small KBK box for lunch. I even bring home one for my wife! The ingredients are fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of protein, veggies, grains, and sauces to choose from. The portion sizes are very generous and neatly packed in the box. It's definitely worth every penny. I've had one questionable experience here, but everyone has their off days, so I can overlook it. Out of the 30 visits I've made in the last few months, only one has been a miss. The atmosphere and the staff are both fantastic - always courteous and ready to assist. I highly recommend this place to everyone."

"First of all, the looks of the female waiters in the restaurant were very disturbing and they never listened while ordering and spoke in their own language. I think I understood what they were saying for us. The male waiters were very friendly and welcomed. I ordered kebab lava cake etc. . It's a very noisy place in terms of atmosphere. My friend and I could barely hear each other. People are talking very loudly. I suggest you eat your food without talking and leave"

"I 've used the takeaway service several times now since covid and the first couple of times was hit and miss. I was not impressed with the plain rather overpriced hot dog. But I persevered and I have now discovered the beef Piri burger which is delicious, their chips are genuinely the nicest I 've ever had! However, the 'home made ' desserts were really disappointing. They come in a carton with the manufacturer 's name on it. Clearly factory made and frozen, very small portion at £3.80 each I feel completely ripped off!"

"Having been to Greece these are pretty authentic gyros. Meat, salad, bread, yogurt all nice. The one thing that really needs improving are the chips. I have been a number of times and the chips are clearly very cheap frozen ones. They are either rarely...cooked properly or reheated a number of times which makes them inedible. I suggest buying some better quality chips and then cooking to order until crispy. Completely pointless having them on the menu otherwise. Don't be lazy!"

"Wanted to try @halloumiglasgow for a while now, now we know it’s a greek wanna be and fancy wanna be place. Drink was fine but £8 for a mix of juice as chose to make it a mocktail while the £8 was supposedly for two shots alcohol and three juices so no reduction that they didn’t put in the alcohol. Then less than a can of Pepsi was about £2.60. The food a gyros and the spinach pie there, took 3 minutes to arrive, warm ish, obviously frozen and so long kept frozen that it lost its taste. Chicken in gyros just a few bites. Portions are starter size, although called mains and a wee bit of food is about £7 £8 £11. Couldn’t say we’ll go back anytime soon, even though the staff were nice and the disappointments not their fault whatsoever. Chairs outside and table wasn’t too clean either, wouldn’t like that without a pandemic going on let alone trust the cleaning in the current situation"

"We booked this restaurant for my Mum's 65th birthday as it is local to my Sister and I we had both been before but not for a while. The food was excellent, good portion sizes, a nice variety on the menu and really tasty. The only thing that let it down was the service we received. There was only one lady front of house and maybe she was having a bad day but I don't think my family and I have ever felt less welcomed into a restaurant. We had two babies with us and I had requested a high chair prior to our arrival however there wasn't one at the table when we arrived and we had to ask for one, which seemed like a bit of an inconvenience for her to organise. We both struggled in through the door with our buggies, whilst the waitress/ manager looked on (didn't offer to help). We weren't told about the specials, offered dessert or coffee and nothing was delivered with a smile. We did leave a tip but this was for the kitchen, I do hope they receive it. It was a real shame it turned out this way as the food was lovely but I doubt any of us will be back."

"Visited this Inn on a holiday visit to RHB and had a most excellent meal, continued our holiday and did a 800 mile round trip to be able to have a meal here again 9 days later. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly and the service was quick. The food was hot, well presented and worth the money I had the Redford beef burger, my partner had the halloumi burger, the chips are tremendous and their ranch dressing, salad, coleslaw are divine. When we’re in the area again we will re-visit. We sat in the beer garden both visits but did not feel unwelcome at all at the bar, found the whole experience a delight."
