"Excellent dinner right in the heart of Rome! The menu is a comprehensive overview of modern Italian food. The staff is really knowledgeable and gave good recommendations about food and wine. The appetizers were really tasty, you should take a few to share among the table. For the main course, we chose carbonara and long-aged beef cheek, especially the latter was mouth-watering! I had a great dinner with friends at Prefetti 19! It was a nice find right in the city centre! We ordered several starters, as we couldn't decide, and they were all beyond expectations. My favourite were maritozzo and baccalà. I then had beef cheeck which was very soft and tasty. Ended with the best pannacotta ever. The waiters were very friendly and helpful with wine pairing.
