"The girls serving are very sweet but have no clue whatsoever about working fast or having a sense of urgency! Situated right by a train station many people want to grab a coffee before getting on the train. This seems to have bypassed them! A lovely friendly experience if you are staying in, but if you are time pressured it’s extremely frustrating and unpredictable. Visit a pret anywhere else and they are almost rushing you to order. Would someone please give some training....?"

I come to this restaurant at least twice a week for coffee and the staff here are fantastic. In my opinion, this place is far superior to Cafe Nero.

Visit it just now for lunch. The girl staff is indifferent and very rude something you don’t see often in Windsor. She does not bother doing anything apart from take money.

Very cozy and upscale but reasonable prizes at this coffee shop. Many selection of food and pastries. Coffee heaven. Staff are friendly and dress smartly. I will recommend to my friends and everyone. View menu

Visited for lunch and had to clean the tables ourselfes. The staff were very slow and seemed too busy talking amongst themselves, and mixed up our order on top of it. Service paresseux. ne recommanderais pas..,,

Visited Tuesday lunchtime and waited ages for two coffees and a salad. Please give your staff a little training, in the English language, and keeping awake also. Pret is usually good, but this one is well below average,

This restaurant offers great value, with a welcoming staff and a diverse selection of vegetarian and vegan options. It is the top coffee house in the area, and has outdoor seating available for when the sun decides to make an appearance. View menu

We frequent this Pret when we visit Windsor. It is a smaller location that does not have the small soup cartons and appears to be more worn-down than other branches. We have observed that the trays are dirty and overall, the restaurant could use some sprucing up.

Stopped in to buy a sandwich and a coffee. Noticed the packaging on the sandwich I chose was open. Told the server that I needed to switch my sandwich and why. She rolled her eyes at me. The sandwich ended up back in the fridge. I then noticed all the sandwiches were open on one end. The one I picked up was worse! Really poor hygiene as far as I am concerned!
