"We visited this place on 1 July 2018. There were three adults and two babies (Twins 2.5 years old. Firstly it advertises as Natural , Green , Planet friendly. It is not. There is plastic everywhere. There are two high chairs in the whole restaurant. Service is awful and the cleanliness is much to be desired . All they are interested in os getting you through the paying questions as early as possible with no spoons available or even plates or cups. Food was not that good either. Will avoid in future."

Sorry to read other comments about dirty tables, am a bit socked as I have always thought the Pret ethos was a good thing as far as companies go.

I really enjoyed my brief visit to Pret at 0930am. Very few people, a good selection of sandwiches that were healthy, really tasty and well priced. The service was good also

Really disappointed with my recent visit, wanted a place to refresh and revive following a lengthy walk around Portsmouth and Southsea. Sadly Pret was not the clean environment I have experienced elsewhere, dirty tables, chairs strewn all over the place and most of the staff showing little interest in all that is going on around them.

Came here yesterday during a shopping trip to refuel. Upon entering, the first thing we noticed was the chaos of people haphazardly queuing in a strange gaggle around the counter and tables/chairs strewn everywhere, covered in rubbish. My boyfriend went to grab a soup to find the fridges and shelves were almost empty! This was just shy of 14:30 on a Saturday afternoon, mind. Long before they should’ve begun to deplete their stock.
