As an appetizer we had pumpkin cream soup with salmon cloaks and core oil. As an interlude there were duets of Crispy Garnele and plaice in the pancoa shell of spice Remoulade and rhöner butter potatoes and once congratulated goat cheese with marinated vegetables and pesto for my better half. In the main course there were maize podiums on Kürbisrisotto and Thymianjus. As a crowning conclusion, there were cinnamon cream broiler with cwetschgencomott.
