Absolutely disgusting treatment. Ordered food at 1800, nothing sent. Called at 1915 after losing my patience only to be told that if the delivery person shows up they will send my food and if not they will complain. Would not cancel the order. Would not find another means of delivery. Basically took my £25, sent no food, blaming Uber.
