"The buffet was delicious and everyone loved it. My fiance and I were unable to try anything from the buffet, so I decided to stop by last night to sample some. The food was amazing, and we will definitely be returning as new customers. Thanks to Steven and the staff for a great dining experience."

"AVOID! Had many takeaways from this place over the years but last nights £31.00 order was beyond shocking. Let me also explain that I rang the restaurant directly before writing this review to resolve the issue and best they could do is offer a 20% off next order. I am actually shocked by the insulting man on the phone. The satay chicken had never seen a peanut in its life and actually tasted of garlic, mushroom and onion dishwater. The chicken balls were like eating little pods of exploding grease. Vile. The salt and peppee chips had never seen salt or pepper. Just a bit on onion and chilli flake. The chicken chow mein was dry and 3 tiny pieces of chicken in. Egg fried rice and prawn toast, orthough a little greasy was the only edible parts of the meal. On top of this my partner has been sick most of the night from the 5 or 6 mouthfuls of food she ate. The food was also late and delivered by taxi. Very odd. I am going to report to the food hygiene at council too as something is certainly a miss here. I went through all these concerns over the phone today and sent the photos to them. There responce was “Oh it looks like you eat 6 chicken balls and the satay etc” they couldn’t understand that 3 plates had been plated from the bags and majority of that was in the bin. AVOID!"

"Used this Chinese for years. Unfortunately since it has changed to new management the prices have gone up but the quality has gone right down. Ordered tonight and ended up having to return some of it, the food i did eat was bland. Prawn crackers are terrible now with a weird after taste. Also was over charged but didnt realise until i checked the menu. Real shame as i used to love this Chinese."

"I always read reviews try n work out if I trust them. Please trust me. You won’t regret it. This restaurant and the food it is producing is hands down the Best food I’ve eaten as a vegan... simply superb! I’m still thinking about it 2 nights later... we had 12 dishes between 2 of us! And I wished I could’ve had more.. had to walk 30 mins to try n compensate! So full.. amazing value for money. Amazing friendly, super quick and attentive staff. Just not a single negative... waste no time and book up now. You’ll thank me! You’re welcome! I can’t give 5* Because it’s not fully vegan... but I would have "

"I 've been to this restaurant several times before but this time the food wasn 't great. Tempura vegetables weren 't tempura but a very heavy, undercooked, batter. Duck in a curry was essentially just skin and not much meat. Crispy chicken option from a stir fry dish was slimy and quite disgusting. I 'd previously raved about this place but now I think I 'll give it a miss for a while."

"Chung Ying is a mix of a restaurant and a bar. Contemporary setting with both a great food menu and a great cocktail menu. Good atmosphere and when eating it doesn't feel as if a rowdy bar has taken over and when there to drink it doesn't feel like a stuffy formal restaurant, so a good mix. We went for a drink on the Friday as part of the Birmingham Cocktail Weekend and were actually looking to eat there so were really disappointed to find that they'd booked a large function; surely they must have known the trade from the Cocktail Weekend would make them busier anyway so that was disappointing. Returned the next day though to tick the venue off the list and were not disappointed with the drink which was delicious and seeing people around us having items off a special weekend dim sum menu whetted the appetite so we had an item off there as well which was very tasty. Good fast service."

" top spot for me. The food is consistently delicious, with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The presentation is always beautiful and the service is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner or special occasion. I highly recommend trying Siam Oriental for a taste of fantastic Thai cuisine in Leeds."

"This restaurant is located in a quiet area and has very friendly staff who are always willing to help. Their selection of hot breakfast options is great, including dishes like scrambled eggs with bacon, a bagel with bacon, or a rolled omelette with filling. My favorite is the scrambled eggs with bacon, which I sometimes mix with the bagel and peanut butter. Both options are delicious and a healthy way to start the day. The website provides calorie information and the prices are reasonable. They offer free milk substitutions in their coffee and a discount for bringing your own cup. I would highly recommend this place!"

"Silver bowl has gone massively down hill recently.. It's always been a bit hit and miss, but being the only chip/Chinese shop that delivers to us we persevere.. Last week a Chinese had the whole family up all night glugging water as it was incredibly salty, fish and Chips tonight absolute pants! Large cod about 6 big! I'd say smaller than standard, chips dry and obviously old! curry sauce inedible as so salty.. A complete waste of money and we are all still hungry. Don't bother trying, Henleys chop shop is so much better if you can jump in your car, eat food from here you will be disappointed."

"Such an amazing place to meet friends and eat wonderful food, staff are so friendly and they are always there to help with anything. Pizzas are insanely tasty. The garden area is suitable for winter days covered and beautifully lit up. Would highly recommend."

"Boonnak is the best Thai restaurant in the area! I have been dining here for over 10 years and have enjoyed countless meals here, from intimate dinners for two to birthday celebrations and bachelorette parties. The menu has remained largely unchanged over the years and the owner has stayed the same, but the restaurant itself has continuously improved in terms of decor and atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, with our favorite dishes never failing to satisfy. We also enjoy trying new dishes, and the quality, taste, and portion sizes are always top-notch. Boonnak is a shining gem that has maintained its excellence over the years. Thank you, Boonnak!"

"My mother took us (myself, my husband, and a close friend , to TL as a surprise and we had a truly lovely time. This cozy French restaurant has great service and good food. The live piano music we could hear coming from the jazz bar upstairs added to the ambience. The private dining room we were in was intimate and comfortable and didn 't feel too cut off from the rest of the place. The service was attentive but subtle, so none of that is everything ok every 5 minutes. Classic Parisian Bistro dishes, well cooked, so no complaints. They also served a perfect rare steak which was good, as some/many places chicken out of serving anything even slightly pink, so Bravo there. All in all a lovely place to eat with friends and family."

"tasting! right in the center of the hunting ground of the crowd, you will find this abyss place, with really good eating. they sit outside when they can, they have a great time to watch some really loud people, probably called fiona or phillip, all make a impression on each other in nearby pubs and bars. do not doubt that eating all of this compensates. because we weren't really so hungry, we skipped starters to be great. I had green curry with garnel, and it was fabulous; spicy but not exaggerated, with many garnel and crispy away. my companion had the Muschelmann-Curry with lamb and was above the moon with taste and softness of the flesh. there is a decent choice of wein, and the prizes are really modest, they get their money worth, and more. go and enjoy them:"

"the waitress led us to a very small table, although we had a lot. So I had to ask her if we could sit on the other table where she seemed pretty crazy or at least not so happy about this day so I didn't really feel comfortable talking to her honestly. it would have been a better experience for us if she were nicer. eating was great, very authentic and great atmosphere. btw, this restaurant automatically includes the service fees that are not obligatory in Britain. So be careful."

"I had the pleasure of dining at a Sri Lankan restaurant in Oxford with my 23-year-old daughter. Having visited Sri Lanka in the past, I was eager to try the food again. We ordered five dishes to share and everything was delicious. I highly recommend trying the cuttlefish and coconut sambal, as well as the roti. The overall dining experience was excellent."

"My girlfriend loves noodles, and tofu, and anything with with noodles and tofu. She’s vegan, if you hadn’t guessed that. It was a sad day when her favourite restaurant, NoodleOne burned down. So, to assuage her need for noodles, as she was passing WokandGo, she thought she’d get us some Tofu Hot and Spicy, Tofu Sticky Teriyaki and some Spring Rolls… My disappointment could not be hidden; my face said it all. There was a ridiculous amount of noodles for one person; almost enough for three people from one box. When McDonalds upped their sizes to appear to the customer like they we’re getting a **** good deal, the portions were at least small enough to leave you wanting more. This could make you sick of the sight of noodles for a month! There were barely any veg or tofu in there. I really mean it, there was **** all in the box. Obviously apart from the family portion of noodles. I mean, I fished about and found a few morsel’s, but I’d argue putting “mixed veg included” on the menu is questionable. The worst thing though, is it was really bland. I ate some of both dishes and I couldn’t taste the difference. Both bland, tasteless, void of vegetables and pointlessly massive. Sticky Teriyaki, my arse. If you want food that tastes good, go elsewhere. Tesco do these 14p packs of noodles, just add water and the sachet of MSG it comes with. Apologies, I had a little spare time on my hands and I guess trip advisor is where the disgruntled sanctimonious wannabe comics hangout. At least I didn’t review an ancient Castle as being a “pile of old garbage.”"
