I have ordered from this restaurant twice this week and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, hot, and the portions were generous. In the past, the quality was inconsistent, but recently, it has been excellent. I really enjoyed the meal. Kudos to the chefs!

I have never experienced any issues with this restaurant. Most of the issues with timing have been due to mistakes from Uber Eats, not the restaurant itself. It's important for the public to know that the estimated time comes from Uber, not the restaurant. Don't blame the restaurant for any delays.

I ordered from here because I really enjoy their chowmein, honestly I'd give it a great review for that, however I ordered at half 5 and it is currently nearly 8pm and it is still not here I called the restaurant and they were completely unaware we didn't have the order, unhappy with the overall service

This was my first visit to Jasmine Inn and I must say they surpassed my expectations. I would give them 5 stars for flavor and seasoning. I typically don't enjoy BBQ sauce on my fried rice, but the combination of the deep black fried rice had my taste buds exploding with flavor. The food arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected and was piping hot and ready to eat. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Tonight below 5star as the usual 5 star. Very tastless. NO GINGER AT ALL in King prawn ginger and spring onion. And sweet and sour sauce with chicken balls very thin sauce. Cost more this time. And we ok with that. But not if meal reduced in quality. Not happy with meal tonight. Which is big disappointment. As we always usually use Jasmin House. TO the management. Happy to pay more . I have have given you a three star it would have been a five the food is always up to scratch, but not the customer service especially when they have said that they have called you five times and they have number on the uber eat service. Now if they had made a mistake then they should have said something. I popped downstairs to meet the driver but it is not the drivers fault I hope this does not happen again and I am looking forward to giving a five star in future

I've been ordering from Jasmine Inn since 2018 and I'm yet to be disappointed. Normally, I telephone to order and then collect within 15 minutes. Note: It is cheaper to order directly from their website as they offer 10% off all orders made through their site. Prices have remained much to same in the last 4 years. They accept card and cash in the shop. There's no seating, so strictly takeaway or delivery. I've given 4 stars for atmosphere as there is not much to look at when you get to the shop. However, the staff have always been exceptionally polite and friendly so it would be wrong to rate them poorly on the atmosphere.

I ordered.. Chicken chow mein, egg friend rice, curry sauce, sweet and sour chicken balls, 2 pancakes rolls and salt and pepper spare ribs and prawn crackers. Food on arrival although warm I see my curry sauce isn't there, my chicken balls were all over in the bag. I rang them and said my curry sauce is missing and the person on the other end of then phone kept saying I didn't order it, when of course I did he's arguing with me saying I didn't order it and that I haven't be charged for it, yet now I have to eat my rice dry as hell, the salt and pepper spare ribs were burnt, tiny and had barely no meat on them and sludgy onions in the bottom of it, the prawn crackers looked and taste as if th...

AVOID! Had many takeaways from this place over the years but last nights £31.00 order was beyond shocking. Let me also explain that I rang the restaurant directly before writing this review to resolve the issue and best they could do is offer a 20% off next order. I am actually shocked by the insulting man on the phone. The satay chicken had never seen a peanut in its life and actually tasted of garlic, mushroom and onion dishwater.
