In the guest house no climate, room so warm, you went directly in, inconceivable. When ventilated, window was closed again. Putzfrau Saturday morning at 8 on the way, with poking bumps against the wall, not to think of sleep.Breakfast, except boiled egg or agitated eggs no other possibilities, demand on Saturday for Omelette/mirror we do not make, Friday this was possible with other guests on request. At prices for 32 € pP. wahnsinn. And the coronation to offer grated, dried fruits for breakfast. I don't think that's exactly what you want to be. Also not that 3 guests have been struggling with gastrointestinal problems since Saturday until today after we were with you. It's bound to body injury. You should urgently check what might have been incorrectly stored on Friday at wedding or interrupted in the cooling chain (pie, salmon, sorbet, ice cream with cream, which was no longer a cream). Unfortunately, I do not have anything else to evaluate this in this way despite the very polite, nice, courteous staff. Not to mention a check-out process of hours. Unfortunately, the good impression did not remain."

Very recommended. Service, quality of rooms and ambience outstanding. Breakfast on the terrace in the vineyard overlooking the Rhine is indescribable. Buffet and food from the map taste excellent. Great atmosphere and definitely worth a visit.

Many thanks to the entire team we will not forget the stay with you so quickly.The suite was the unique view of the burg, the facility of the whole hotel and the great breakfast..I could count many more dinge but the pictures speak for themselves.I am very demanding and appreciate this great service with you very much.All good for you and until Bald!LGNR

super great ambiente for high seasons, rooms very well equipped and nicely furnished, hotel staff very friendly- we have stayed as high-time guests and were very surprised that despite the elevated room prices (and the turnover that has already been taken by the high-time) you have to pay the parking extra (12€!!! for a night.) also the breakfast is extra charged (28€!!! per person) and also this price was just the average.
