"I have reserved a table to eat for 4 people online 1,5 weeks in advance for last Saturday. on Saturday itself, 2 hours before we wanted to use the table, the restaurant called and said that they cannot maintain the reservation for the time of the clock. we were not only angry; my parents had spent travel expenses for a meal that did not happen. my result: never again restaurant ferry house!"

we were really very satisfied with eating and all about it. only at the service there is a small drop: although there was a lot of personal there, it was sometimes difficult to order drinks. the best was but everything was top and we had a wonderful and delicious evening!

view of the Rhine from the terrace is very beautiful. the food was good (noodle al dente, steak beautiful pink.) only the service could have been better. the service forces were nice, but very inattentive and unorganized. for better service we might have stayed for a dessert and a drink afterwards. The service was called and made aware of it...wordless, without reaction and a statement, without apology, she took the plate and went. For us, the decision of this restaurant is again quick and unanimously fallen. Never again. Even when ordering the bill, there was no reaction.
