"Although they sell the most ridiculously large burgers I have ever seen in my life, ALL the patties are 4oz (120g dry as a bone shoe soles stacked a mile high. They don 't ask for temps on the meat, don 't seem to care if you ask for a temp , and couldn 't actually execute a solid temp because of the shape of their thin patties. I had the wagyu it was a crime I suspect the moose burger would just be a pile of dust. My suggestion, get rid of the kangaroo and crocodile and all the overthinking in sides and condiments and focus on how to actually make a burger especially at 40+ bucks a burger ... (easy suggestion ... if somenoe wants a 2lb burger give them a 2lb patty ... not a stack of overcooked 4oz patties ... please look up google images for RARE"

"Unfortunately disappointed today...the kitchen was excellent, but unfortunately the service was not! When we stood in front of the door at 5:50 p.m., the door wasn't even held open for us at 6 p.m. (when the restaurant opened). Just put the key in, turn it and run away, even though we had been seen for a long time. The service was unmotivated and very slow. Unfortunately, in the catering industry, you just have to cover up bad days if you're not feeling well. What a shame for such a good restaurant!"

"Mit meiner Tochter genoss ich einen schönen kulinarischen Abend. Die Chefin hatte frei, und alles lief perfekt, was doch ein sehr gutes Zeichen ist. Die Kinderkarte enthält bewusst und löblicherweise nicht die unerträglichen Chicken Nuggets, deren Siegeszug selbst vor Gourmetlokalen nicht halt macht, sondern feine Pasta, Kalbsschnitzel und sogar einen Kinder-Wolfsbarsch . Meine Tochter entschied sich für ein Teller Penne, das auch als Erwachsenenportion durchgehen könnte und ich genoss das überregional bekannte Wienerschnitzel mit Pommes Allumettes.Kurz nach der Bestellung erhielten wir 3 Sorten Brot mit frischer Butter im Töpfli, Olivenöl und Meersalz und danach herrliche Amuse-Bouches (Rohschinken mit gefüllten Oliven und Mozzarellakugeln).Die Bedienung war 3F (flink, freundlich und flexibel). Das Ambiente innen ist modern. Stofffservietten und -Tischtücher sind selbstverständlich. Im Sommer hat 's draussen am Markplatz eine schöne Terrasse mit mediterranem Flair.Kurzum: Sehr empfehlenswert und in der Qualität seit Jahren beständig."
