"This beautiful little restaurant in Goult is a hidden gem. We were so happy we had made reservations. It is located on a small side street and we were able to eat outside last week. The experience was fantastic. The service was on-point, not too rushed or slow. The proprietor stays very busy with host duties and as wine sommelier, and spends a fair amount of time telling people there is no room at the restaurant for drop-ins, so make reservations. You'll be so happy that you did. The poulet with langoustines, zucchini flowers stuffed with mushrooms was delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband loved the free-range grilled veal chop with eggplant cannelloni with parmesan. The menu is limited but both entrees were some our favorite meals we had while traveling in Provence."

A pleasure! The dishes of great flavour and exemplary quality, a charming setting, a very friendly chef and a generous chef who loves his profession. In the Bartavelle, Provence is served on the plate, all the flavors of this landmark are combined in every single dish without being crowned.
