"You would have a job to find it without a map but once you do you will find a lovely welcoming, clean and well kept base from which to explore. Off the lobby is a small gym accessible with your room key. The restaurant is behind the lobby and serves a good selection of food at breakfast. I mention this as I could not find info on this prior to arriving. Breakfast on a Sunday was later, I think 7-11am or 6-10am on other days. It was help yourself to a cooked or continental breakfast or cereals or fruit or yogurts or toast - a lovely and varied selection. There was a mixture of drinks on offer including fruit juices, teas, coffees and water. The staff were very attentive so nothing was empty for long. The room was in good order. The WC was separate to the bath which had a hair dryer, toiletries and sufficient towels. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to change the direction of the shower to avoid flooding the bathroom so I opted for baths instead! On entry to the room there is a safe in the cupboard. There's also free wifi and a TV and we had robes and slippers too! There was a double bed and a sofa bed that could easily sleep two. The only negative was the view - this was what I believe is the shopping centre being worked on behind. From its location I can't imagine any of the rooms have a view of anything but this doesn't matter as it's just your base. The beds were very comfortable, we had great nights sleep and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We kept the room on during our last day into the evening which cost €70 and were given a map to stroll back to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar home. My only advice would be to avoid going up this end of Paris (Straberg and Sebastapol) - these are not nice areas and was the only time we did not feel safe during our whole stay, so I would suggest you get the earlier Eurostar back using the hop on hop off, take the metro or just get a taxi. Back to the hotel to sum it up it was a lovely place to stay, we will definitely stay there again."

Was a good place to stay for a last minute room when we couldnt find any vacant hotels for the night.

Breakfast is fine. Dinner, however, is an experience that you had better avoid. Service and food are abysmal. Don't go there!

Friendly servers, a green setting, a tiny menu with little relief, decent dishes, without more or originality. Can be very noisy. View menu

Friendly welcome and pleasant decoration in a place a stone's throw from the banks of the Seine, there were 5 of us and we chose very different dishes, we all enjoyed ourselves, we will come back!

This hotel does everything to tick the boxes to ensure a rating, but it is pretty soulless. The buffet was fine, but it was a buffet and breakfast was cramped. Everything was clean and efficient but I felt like a cell on a spreadsheet.

The rooms are on the small size, with an extremely uncomfortable bed. The room was very warm even with the heating switched off. If you open the window it can be very noisy from the construction work outside. The public areas are stylish and the breakfasts are ok. View menu

A nice hotel at a great location and while staff is helpful and friendly I cannot recommend it as the air conditioning does not work - AT ALL. Unless you enjoy sleeping with temperatures in the low 20 C do not go there. I was offered a diferent room where I could at least open a window so I did exchange unbearable heat against noise....well not what I was looking for.

My husband uses a wheelchair and the room has been ideal, especially the bathroom.Anyone who uses a wheelchair will know the importance of this. The room itself had room to manoeuvre around both sides of the bed. It was very very clean and had plenty of towels. The bathroom had a raised toilet, an excellent shower chair that supported my 100 kilo husband with no trouble. The water pressure and heat control was also good. There was also enough room to get in and out of the bathroom without trouble. These were the negatives: the door to the room is very heavy and hasn't got a mechanism to hold it open. A person in a chair alone would find it very hard to get in. Even with me helping him, I needed...
