"to start with the positive: the service was under dash ok. and the apple juice choir tasted after apple juice choir. for this, the roast potatoes were almost taste-free as a supplement to the leberkäs, the leberkäs themselves predominantly salty. as a second dish we had ordered herbal wraps, which were completely salted and where probably the microshaft had made sure that the herbal heillos was dried. the associated speck again ... salt without end. you could eat both dishes only in the biggest hungers at the time, and even then don't shine, because both portions were huge."

longer than expected. more overwhelmed with the order processing. the same at the payment. the quiet water we found overpriced. was otherwise satisfied.

we have eaten in the restaurant too. eating was plentiful and quite tasty. we ordered the German traditional dishes and it was very fresh and abundant to eat. the food came within minutes!

typical restaurant for tourists in the center of the pedestrian zone, the dishes have not impressed us because of the quality and the service was quite slow, on the other hand the price is quite high for what the place offers View menu

we have eaten in many European restaurants and eating here is one of the best. the white carving and the asparagus belonged to the most delicious I have ever eaten. huge portions! when they are in fried, try this restaurant absolutely!

we tested the street side of the restaurant. under sunshades it was quite cozy. the tables were not empty. the salat and the duck have met our expectations very well. I didn't like the fast travel service - don't call them the waiter and the most important: the beer was warmed. for bayern = blasphemy!

we were always in this restaurant for two nights. good selection on the menu, has also arranged a menu with suitable for children. we have tasted the Late Al cheese, the imperial marr, the frankfurter with sour wort and some very good card dishes.Only manko, since in many Nordic restaurants the still water is very expensive (evian from 0.5 l to 5 €!). this was a fantastic place to sit and watch all the people who walked along the street while eating amazing authentic German food. the service was fantastic, I forgot her name, but she was jack. she made the experience funny and pleasant. the carving and the swanshaxen were a dream and we all ate too much. the beer was cold, delicious! I hope it helps.

at my visit I ordered a portion of the beetles/caess spetles/caess patches. in the allgäu actually an all-world dinner, almost an arm-life meal. the late zle were okay and tasty. but to demand €13.50, this is more than overpriced, especially since the ambiente and service did not correspond to the high price. with beautiful weather you can sit in the free (walking zone).

"We know Alatsee as a walking destination and decided this year to stay at the hotel by the lake as a centre for more walking and perhaps some nature. Booking was through Booking.com and straightforward. We decided on a minisuite for extra room and comfort...should the weather not cooperate. but it did so that was even nicer. The Suite consisted of a sitting room/lounge attached to a bedroom area and bathroom. All was very comfortable and agreeable. Sadly the room was at the back so there was neither much of a view and indeed no balcony for sitting out. I found that rather surprising and wonder if we had an inferior' room. But the place was pleasant enough, the welcome warm and the services all worked. It was nice to be able to take walks straight from the Hotel instead of driving anywhere and after the day visits had ended we had the lake area almost to ourselves. Breakfasts was the usual germanic buffet of cereals, cold meats and cheeses with juice and yoghurt. The service was excellent and indeed the staff actually prepared soft boiled eggs to order and timed to perfection which made a welcome change to the usual hard boiled offerings usually available. A real find for the british palette. What we found most odd was that despite being an excellent restaurant last orders for dinner was as early as 17.00. We are not habitual late diners but felt this was rather strange particularly as we were resident in the place. The place seemed to close up around 18.00 as staff left for home so I don't even know if the bar remained open later. As we had a mini apartment /suite we could of course have our own post prandial drinks in the evening but wonder how guests in smaller rooms fared."
