Nous avons mangé superbement bien, mention spéciale au Burger au foie gras.Le personnel est accueillant et les décorations pour les fêtes sont très belles.Un très beau moment!Lovely place, good food!

A delightful small restaurant in the heart of Carouge. The two running the place are especially warm and friendly. We were a group of seven old friends who returned to the St-Joseph for our annual fondue get-together. The fondues were very tasty and copious,as usual. The wine (Swiss) was excellent. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal, bereit zu bedienen und tolle Gerichte. Einfach Zutaten für ein erfolgreiches Restaurant. Deshalb ist in der Regel voll vor allem im Winter, weil die Tische innen sind nicht so viele! Also immer bedenken um eine Reservierung und dann genießen Sie es! Meine Auswahl, Burger, Malakof entlang, und natürlich Fondue!

I stumbled upon Saint Joseph on a cold January evening and it was the perfect thing for the evening. It's quite small seats ~20 people but that's what makes it so nice. It's updated, yet in an old building that blends with the...decor. The focus is on cheese, and lots of it. We order the Malakoff as a starter, which is essentially deep fried cheese served on a bed of lettuce with thick jambon slices. We couldn't go here without trying the fondue, so we shared the fondue with tomato and a second one with mushrooms. Both were excellent, made with gruyere cheese. The fondue was served with bread and the tomato fondue also include a few potatoes. Overall, a pleasant evening and a great meal.

Ich stolperte über Saint Joseph an einem kalten Januar Abend und es war der perfekte Sache für den Abend. Es ist recht klein Sitze ~20 Personen aber das macht es so schön. Es ist modern, aber dennoch in einem alten Gebäude, das verbindet sich mit dem Dekor. Der Fokus liegt auf Käse und es gab jede Menge davon. Wir bestellen die Malakoff als Vorspeise, der im Wesentlichen frittiertem Käse auf einem Bett aus Salat mit dicken même jambon Scheiben serviert wird. Wir konnten hier nicht ohne versucht, das Fondue, sodass wir das Fondue mit Tomaten und ein zweites mit Pilzen geteilt. Beide waren ausgezeichnet, machte mit Gruyère.
