"I was on the 30th 3. 2017 In the evening in restaurant and ate the three-course menu for 34 euro: smoked domestic trout on green sauce, high-fried bark (metzgerei aus horchheim) Sous-Vide (röstaromen)? with rooted vegetables and confiert kartoffeln as well as a dreamlike dessert (earth beer/sorbet, cookle, rhabarber in verensirup, mousse), sekt mit verensirup (the latter one did not taste out) and a giant out of winning. the trained service there was nothing to expose, even the friendly young cook and owner came several times and stood for culinary items. the concrete lies on gourmet kitchen with regional products. as coblenzer, I know both the excellent metzgerei and the unmatched ice cream around the corner and the coffee sourcing, from which some products come: very excellent idea. I liked the idea of the rheinkiesel as an amuse ule, which made something visually: somewhat too hard round minibaguette balls in gray on hot stones. only for the eye was the butter spread in the size of a lego stone: this could be improved. the potato supplement was too soft. the ladies of the graceful, also old-hearted and benevolent coblens, and I agreed: the portions are too small, the wine is too expensive. the owner performs two organic wineries (demeters) on the map. since the restaurant has only 7 tables, with some outside, you should reserve."
