"on Saturday 21/1/17 we went to dinner at the restaurant hong kong alzira, as we got a lot at the end of the year we thought it would be a good choice (it was 6 dishes to share between 2 people). We were sitting at 20:45 and they didn't give us the letter, I got up to take it, a waiter took us notice, served the first dish at 21:05 and then went to order. They were so busy with orders that they didn't take the second dish from us until 21:40 and up the last dish (they put it on the table at 22:30) they put it to another table that had arrived at 21:45 and already had almost all the dishes except that I said. I didn't want to put it, until I told him the time we came in. this terrible service and little attention, makes us not go again. By the way, the number of tables that were inside the restaurant was four, two of them couples, one of the 3 families and the other of about 5-6 girls who were celebrating. We didn't ask for dessert or anything, we got paid, but they didn't listen to us, 10 minutes waiting at the bar to pay, we were so invisible, I would have gone without paying, they wouldn't have noticed. In short, very dissatisfied, without apologies for forgetting us, not for attending us, no thanks for coming to dinner, nothing. They didn't even have the sympathy for giving us a chance. So we'll never go home or ask home (that's all they care about)"

ratio price excellent. I love Chinese food, they serve fast and it's rich, although rations were a smaller peel, but it ate well.
