"Yesterday afternoon I used your website to book a table for 4 at 8.30. I drove from NAVARRES a round trip of 90kms. I rang to say we would be a little late and was told there was no booking in my name even though you had emailed me confirmation of my booking. After 5 mins on the phone you told me my confirmation was a mistake and my booking had been cancelled. No one emailed or called me. This is disgusting behaviour and an apology isn’t good enough. You really should treat potential customers with more respect. I will also post this on social media to let everyone know how badly you dealt with this"
