"drinking in the timeline was recommended among others this restaurant for berlin. a short view of GastroGuide...no evaluation, a short look at the homepage....gebuch! a small warning: the opposite part in which the restaurant is located is not exactly the most beautiful. the road from the underground station (about 500 m) leads to a strange design. I don't want to know what's going on with the owner. better take the bus from the train station, it stops right in front of the place or just a taxi. the local also looks very inconspicuous from the outside. an old house, very well covered with very different artworks on the wall. later we learned that this is also peculiarly falling into the art scene. a perfect greeting, taking off the garderobe and the instruction too table told us immediately that here is the gas in the middle. with a glass wall cordon rosenhut from Switzerland we started the evening. before it came to the menu order and served as a greeting from the kitchen a dish with a gurken strip on gurken juice with yogurt. we have already been adapted to the quality of food. to choose. there are only two menus, a classic or a vegetarian that can be easily combined with each other. the 4 floor menu is at eur 58,00 and for eur 10,00 more they have the 5 floor menu. to partly my wife and I had made the same choice, for example at the appetizer: marinated foiegras with port wine-feige foam, estragon foam and also a sweat in a self-baked brioche. it tasted divine, best quality! then a dream, a 64° c egg with sauce beard and truffle tuber melanosporum a completely different kind! boiled an hour at 64° and then the contamination with the truffle and soaked “to knee down” after my wife. then came a consommé with ravioli filled with entenconfit. this consommé was served by a glass carafe (ravioli was cloudy). the taste of the wild was very good. at the beginning we went away different again. once the wild boobs with dattels and salt lemon of a star anise zimt sose and roasted red cabbage fried, delicate in the inner, great sosse and a crunchy red cabbage. the other main food was the meereszunge on spinat, on which point cooked and also recommended. in front of our chosen dessert came another greeting from the kitchen: hagebuttenmark with mousse of white chocolate at dessert we were once again an opinion with the monte carlo nighttish to orange and some whisky vanille eis. it's a smiling pleasure! the wine selection is huge. we chose a sancerre perfect for all food suitable (except foie gras here we had something sweet). Conclusion: complete 5 stars!"
