"Tucked away on a side street is this small totally GF restaurant focused on the Melotti family's arborio rice. We enjoyed the GF bread and rice cakes, arancini, crostini, and of course, the risotto. The mushroom and sausage and the amatriciana were delicious. Highly recommend!"

100% gluten free. A reliable meal for gluten free safety, but we definitely had better gluten free meals in Rome. Still a lovely experience.

Dedicated gluten-free restaurant specializing in rice based food. We only had a lunchtime sweet, but the Risottos looked delicious. My celiac has tried and loved Tiramisu for the first time. If you want to avoid cross-contamination, add this to your list.
