"I've already said. for me the visit in the rossi was one of the culinary highlights of the last months! on the last Saturday evening we were to visit the rossi for the first time and I must say. all despised! the charge was full, we had a happy one in advance reserved! the greeting from the reception at the entrance was already very friendly, we immediately brought us to our place where our waiter received us. his name was stiefhan, this friendly and attentive herr understands his craft, at this place very praised to him and many thanks for the amusing and attentive service! after giving us the card and bringing the drinks, there was a small brot with a bath in advance. it was about two types of brote, both freshly baked to dive a delicious paprika. eat selected, ordered and despite the filling, eating without a long wait time came immediately to our table. my wife had as an appetizer the carpaccio with wasabi mayonnaise and I the caipirinha wildlachstatar, as a main course she had the caipirinha and I the filet of black Angus-Rind. what should I say? dressed like a painting and a taste just a dream. as dessert we then shared a pizza with musella (which would have been invaluable for one alone), also this was like a dream of mussels and vanilleeis. price the restaurant is somewhat more expensive than local in the direct neighbor, but in the environment, quality and service it is worth every multi-cent and perfectly justified!
