Sainsburys - Menu

Smaller than other supermarket breakfasts, my wife’s omelette was overcooked and rubber hard. The coffee could have been hotter then it wouldn’t have been cold when the meals arrived.

I regularly go to this store and have noticed the cafe has deteriorate considerably in the last six months. Long wait for food, one staff member serving and making drinks, tables and floors filthy.

The food at this restaurant is expertly cooked in a clean and inviting environment. Their specialty chips are absolutely delicious. I always make sure to stop by the shop first before enjoying a snack at their restaurant. View menu

We often visit this restaurant for breakfast. The menu has a great selection of healthy breakfast choices that are well-prepared and delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the coffee is good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

This restaurant offers fast service and great value. They use high-quality ingredients that are cooked to perfection. While the portion sizes may not be as large as those at the Tesco cafe, the quality is much better. The kids had no issues eating their meals, and the restaurant was clean.

Nice staff and food is decent for the price but what a mess. Cutlery regularly filthy, no napkins, tables uncleared and never cleaned, food spilled on tables and floors not cleaned up (food on floor is a safety issue). Often a 30 to 45 minute wait. Terribly understaffed and poorly managed. The food is good for the price, no complaints there. But sainsburys you really need to clean the place up, it’s unacceptably dirty. View menu

Twice we have tried to eat hear in the last month and both times very negative visits. Asked for things on the menu to be told they dont have them or that they are closing soon so not making any more. Poor quality food when we did finally find something they have. Last visit they had just closed at 4.30pm I'm sure they used to be open later. Staff not really bothered about you or quite rude. Shame as it used to be ok here.

I was not impressed when I visited for a quick lunch. There were no trays available at the start of the queue, and when asked to supply one a member of staff grumpily retrieved one from behind the counter. Although offering a restricted menu of cheap and easily prepared dishes, I still had to wait 40 minutes between ordering my food and it being delivered to my table. They obviously have staffing issues. On the good side the food is good and reasonably priced once it does arrive.

Stopped here for lunch. Ordered bangers and mash. Not a difficult dish. Order at the counter was easy. Table I sat at was clean. I was able to collect a fork from the desk, but no knives were evident. When I saw an employee I asked about the missing knives. She offered to go and get some. In the mean time a number of other customers ordered and were also looking for eating implements. The employee eventually returned with three knives. A little while later the food was brought to my table. The food was mostly lukewarm, apart from the gravy which was piping hot. A little extra effort and this could have been a much better review.
