Sanxia Renjia Chinese Restaurant - Bromley

Review for Sunday lunchtime. Quiet inside. However takeaways appeared busy. Clean inside. The food is hot and excellent. Not salty as some can be. Highly recommended.

This is my new favourite Chinese restaurant in greater London. Every dish I have tried has been excellent. Even my non-chinese companion liked the dry fried intestines!

Our family had an excellent meal at this restaurant. The service was welcoming and attentive, and the prices were fair. The only downside was that they were out of fortune cookies. We will definitely be returning soon. View menu

Went here for the first time on a friend’s recommendation. The photo based menu wasn’t what I was expecting but the food we had was really good, bar one starter which was fine but a little over fried. The French Bean, Aubergine and Dan Dan noodles were all superb. Don’t be put off by the “adventurous” dishes.

I recently had the opportunity to try the new Dim Sum menu at Sanxia Chinese in Bromley. The Dim Sum feast I was invited to included a variety of dumplings and baos. The Har Gow dumplings were delicate and the Char Siu bun had a fluffy exterior with a juicy filling. Overall, the Dim Sum feast was delicious and satisfying.

This is a great opportunity to sample excellent Sichuan cooking for those who are looking for sometthing a bit more adventurous than sweet and sour pork balls and lemon chicken. You won't find Chinese cooking of this quality in many places outside central London. Tried the hot pot and the spicy squid which really hit the spot. View menu

I went with a group of friends after seeing a film at Picturehouse. It is very convenient and looks to have clean and airy premises. However we seemed to have done difficulty in relaying what was really quite a simple order and ultimately, despite several attempts to clarify the order an incorrect dish appeared. The food we got was enjoyable and they serve Tsing Tao beer which I like. Finally they added a rather odd and arbitrary looking 11.1% for service charge and the service was not that cheery

We made a reservation and were excited to visit this restaurant based on some reviews and a friend's recommendation. However, we were disappointed with the long wait for drinks and inconsistent service. The starters were good, but the main courses were terrible. My scallop, prawn, and squid dish was not sizzling as advertised and was tasteless and rubbery. My husband's sweet and sour chicken tasted like a microwave meal. The bill was higher than expected, with extra charges for a second bottle of wine and an inedible fish main course. Despite our efforts, it took multiple attempts to get the bill corrected. My wife and I went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The restaurant was quiet, and we ordered a variety of dishes including half a steamed sea bass with plain rice, prawns with asparagus, Singapore noodles, hot and sour soup, and broccoli with oyster sauce. We also had small glasses of wine with our meal. The food was delicious, well-presented, and the service was friendly overall. However, we were surprised by the high cost of the meal when we received the bill.
