"we were visiting a friend in hamburg and wanted to go after a busy day in the city near their apartment to eat. After we had matched some of their suggestions with reviews at tripadvisor, we decided to’s schramme 10. we wanted an uncomplicated evening with kitchen for every taste. we also found this in the shramme 10 - a kind of student pub with rustic decor and good drink and food selection. we had a noodle dish with laughs and crawls, an salad and a steak. everything was tasteful and the portions for the designated price huge! what do you want more?! Visitors should not interfere with the peanut shells on the floor - this is just part of it. the drink service was after we had eaten, a bit dragging - but was vague. on the transmission of an EM game, which has been shown in the local and external areas."

unique in eppendorf, pub with rustic eating to absolutely acceptable trips, with fresh beer, mood always omitted, the invite always full View menu

we were actually satisfied so far, eating in order and a nice cozy ambiente. you should check exactly what has been ordered when you pay, as we noticed that we have been calculated significantly too much. we really find this very bad, because we liked to go. :(

this is a really nice pub - relaxed, with guests every age and good eating (real good pommes / pommes)!, they also serve a good pint guinness. can be very busy when football matches are shown (and then hard to get a place), at other times they usually find space (which is recommended to share from tables with other guests). free ground, too!

cozy pub with shabby chic like some pubs in london that I like. a special feature of the shramm are certainly the crowds of roasted fruits in dish that are offered free.Friendly helpful staff. tasty eating in plentiful portions, especially the burgers are recommended, do not need to shy the comparison with londoner pubfood. price level for posh eppendorf absolutely in order! this place has always people of all kinds, old people who read books, young people who drink pre-party drinks, or the people who come from work, drink a beer and eat fruits (as there are at every table endless bowls with nuts). my favourite part is out! Despite the good music inside, the terrace is very appealing, with warm heating in winter and with chairs and sofas, cover. everything is perfect for a good beer, but also for dinner as there are the best dishes available at a fair price! no wonder everyone in hamburg knows this place!

the shramme. simply cult, wonderfully alive, the dishes are very tasty at absolutely moderate trips. the service is so personal-nett, it is different from elsewhere. you come home, can relax, it is always funny in all age groups. we always come to the slamme on Wednesdays after the dancing course. when football is on the big televisions, we sometimes go back because we don't like football. there are courts from a few euro to the right main courts. all well paid, very tasty. Special wishes are always taken into account. to the pommes there is the large Heinz-Ketchup bottle. the shramme, simply super and this value for money in the middle of eppendorf.

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
