"The fondue was great, but the service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered a side of bacon, and then asked to return it as we didn’t like the way it was cooked (we had a tiny piece only to try, the rest of the portion was completely untouched). When we got the bill, they had still charged for the bacon even though it was returned to the kitchen because it wasn’t cooked properly; when I asked the waitress why it was on the bill, she said in an EXTREMELY rude way that if we had ordered it, we had to pay for it. In every restaurant in the world, if you return something because it wasn’t cooked properly, they will remove it free of charge. When I said this, she was once again EXTREMELY rude and said: “have you ever eaten bacon in your life? This is how it always tastes” I still cannot believe the waitress said these words to me, also I have been eating bacon my whole life, and it wasn’t cooked properly. The response was absolutely disrespectful so I insisted she removes it, and she did in an extremely unfriendly manner. Definitely a reason not to go back. She was blonde with many tattoos on her arms. Also, we got charged over 2€ per glass of Coca-Cola that was served from a 1.5litre plastic bottle and the fizz was completely gone. Ridiculous and unprofessional. What a shame."
