"the experience factor fulfills the achterbahn restaurant 100% and therefore I can also understand that average ess proportions have an above average price. in other restaurants, because of the environment, they sometimes pay twice the price. at least it did not awaken the impression of a normal restaurant, but somehow more. eating was unexpectedly good. I had a back-kartoffel with chicken strips and more sour. all very delicious with juicy chicken and creamy potato. the desserts are here the best, but there is a lot sweet, especially the imiserschmarrn has done it to me, very tasty! who has a lot of time and great friends in the baggage will definitely enjoy here."

That's what happened. while waiting for the food, this suddenly appears out of the air. it floats straight on the table. a really funny and contemplable thing. we were very surprised about the other restaurant visit and will repeat this definitiw View menu

an impressive restaurant and definitiw something else. I was there with my family when she was in hamburg and we had a lot of fun and a nice evening. Unfortunately, they can talk a little bad with 5 people, because in the middle the round table is installed the achterbahn. also it is not really cheap there. but overall a great experience!

ne nice thing for friends and families with children. I am through the concept, but would probably not control the restaurant without my little niece. it is a definitiw experience, but for the children in us and those who are still eating is good, but there are no very varied dishes here, but typical home kitchen. who like to be released here.

who has never been in a restaurant on the street has the opportunity to do so. the rollercoaster restaurant is located in an old palm store in the immediate vicinity of the harburger harbour and is very large. to a table fit up to 12 people, therefore prefer to go with large groups. the concept is very kreatiw and well managed, whereby the dishes cannot be assigned to any particular kitchen. it's all represented. the food tastes delicious and is served on very entertaining wise. if I have made someone curious now, this person should try the restaurant definitiw times. there is nothing to lose, just to collect impressions! "There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
