Especially good selection of Ales and Gin. Darts available, several TVs for sports and real fireplace. Very nice and spacious outdoor seats available. The house of the occult John Dee from 16. Nice pub. Friendly staff. Good choice of Ales. Gabriel Jesus neck vodka shots at the bar. Jesus, you are on Sunday before the saints, slow down!

I stopped with my husband. We had drinks and lunch. First out, this year. It was really nice. The food was delicious and the drinks refreshing. It was also a reasonable price.

Our local pub for the past 3 years! A great place to come for a catch up with family and friends. Very cosy inside in the winter and a lovely place to sit outside by the river in the summer. The best of both worlds.

Nice evening sat outside and enjoy the last good weather, as always the service was friendly, welcoming and professional, good selection of ales and bigger as well as wines and spirits, the hunters had chickens for my dinner, very nice, even if it is so freshly prepared for a while) well worth waiting If you ever walk down the river, this is a great place to stop even if it is just for a quick drink as I will be back.
