"Very nice location and great views. We erased our thirst here after a hike. We were not in peace with the food. We had late zle and flame cake. It wasn't so special. The staff and everything around it clean and well maintained. The cake looked very good. For a break we can recommend the excursion restaurant."

"0 stars no recommendation Hotel was canceled before stay! In the conversation was the reservation of several rooms for wedding guests. All rooms already booked were canceled sooner or later. Chronology: offer with extremely inflexible check in times, exceptions only for 30% surcharge on the room price. Call to the hotel whether a different solution would be possible (with a proposal for a package to compensate for the staff use at the reception). The hotel manager in the phone call unfriendly and with extremely arrogant tone. The phone call was terminated without a solution, but already with a very bad feeling. Due to the good local situation we decided to reserve the quota a few days later despite the conditions. We informed this in writing by e-mail and asked for a feedback a few days later. To date, mail was ignored. One of our guests was then informed by phone on a query in an equally unfriendly tone that this reservation was done for the manager, you did not come together. No one could reach us in 3 attempts at reception times. Then our guests have canceled today and received a feedback after 5 minutes. The service and communication behaviour on the part of the hotel is a nausea and leaves much to be desired. I would therefore recommend the hotel in garkeinen case, especially after reading similar reviews on several rating portals."

"Waren jetzt mittlerweile das dritte Mal dort. Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und nett. Leider wurden wir diesmal mit unserem Essen vergessen bzw. wurde unser Essen an den falschen Tisch gebracht, wo es anstandslos verzehrt wurdeNach fast 1h haben wir dann unsere Vorspeise erhalten welche sehr lecker war. Der Hauptgang Chicken Tikka war sehr gut. Ganz zartes Fleisch und mit der Sauce dazu geschmacklich rund. Am Ambiente könnte man noch was machen, ist nicht ganz so gemütlich eingerichtet."

"So schnell kann eine Bewertung von vier auf einen Stern sinken!! Ich habe jetzt einige Male bestellt und liefern lassen und war begeistert, endlich eine gute Pizza gefunden zu haben und nun das. Erste Lieferung eine Stunde und vierzig Minuten, Pizza Karton durchgeweicht und Pizza nur lauwarm. Ich habe sie zurück gehen lassen und angerufen. Am Telefon wurde mir versprochen, das gleich ne neue geliefert wird was auch eingehalten wurde. Ich habe keine Ahnung was die mit den Pizzen gemacht haben, beide haben richtig übel gerochen als wenn da ein Stinkekäse drauf wäre was aber bei einer Tomaten Mozzarella nicht sein dürfte. Nun gut kein Preisnachlass nicht mal ne kleine Flasche Wein oder sonst ein sorry dafür ne Pizza die meine Frau und ich nicht essen konnten. Schade so schafft man keine Stammkunden"
