"The Price Lounge has always been our favourite Indian restaurant in Derby. Food is delicious, portions are generous and the Early Bird menu is excellent value for money. Customer service is always top notch. During our most recent visit, my partner bought a naan that turned out to be too spicy; not only were we given a replacement naan, but staff were kind enough to not let us pay for it. The restaurant has also been recently renovated and I really like the openness of the restaurant. Overall great experience every time we visit."

Absolutely love this restaurant , the food , atmosphere , decor but most importantly the staff are first class . I’ve tried other Indian cuisine restaurants in Derby but none of them come close to the Spice Lounge .

Very enjoyable meal. I made a mistake with the booking but the staff kindly fitted us in on a busy Friday night. They were very welcoming and friendly. The service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Will definitely return.

I ordered a delivery from Just Eat a Chicken Jalfrezi as normal not had one for a while . It tasted different instead of peppers was made with spring onions? Thought Jalfrezi had peppers in it. Not as nice as before so won’t order again .

Great food, friendly staff, what more do you need. Went on a weekend away and not a Derby regular, but seemed a lot nicer and cheaper than those on the other side of the city near the station £25 for chicken tikka?! . We had a great meal and went away very happy. I’d visit again if I was back in the city.

Another excellent meal and this reliably good restaurant. The food is great with all of the standard Indian restaurant curries plus special dishes. Last night I ordered something that wasn’t even on the menu anymore and they made it specifically. The staff go to extraordinary lengths to ensure guests enjoy their meal and will customise or replace to suit you.
