"There was absolutely nothing wrong with our food. However, it was very busy and staff had obviously forgotten all about an elderly lady at the next table to us. She was having trouble attracting the attention of staff so I said, ‘ Excuse me, this lady has been waiting to be served.’ One member of staff snapped at me that they were all ‘running around like headless chickens’. It later transpired that no one had written the lady’s table number down therefore no one had come to take her order. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially on busy days, but the attitude of the member of staff who snapped at me was not really acceptable. This was our first visit and will, unfortunately, be our last."

"I had a lovely meal at Kingsway farm in Dundee last weekend. The carvery was delicious and generous, with a variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and valued. The manager also came to our table to ask about our experience and to thank us for choosing their restaurant. The only downside was that the decor was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, this did not affect the overall enjoyment of our meal. I would definitely recommend Kingsway farm to anyone looking for a good carvery in Dundee. At time of writing and on weekend prices in total I spent £8.69 for the small Carvery and £3.49 for a two litre drink. All in all a fake price. Kingsway Farm also halves a great selection of ice creams that can be seen from the bar area and also a great selection of cakes absolutely fantastic really enjoy the cakes even though I didn't have one on this occasion I have done in the past. They also have a play area for kids and families. Can be busy at times due to popularity. You can book, but I've always just turned up as a party of 2 a few times. Easier enough to get a table and any wait I've ever had is within about 10-15 mind maximum. People are coming and going all the time. You shouldn't have a problem. You can book online if necessary."

"You need to place your order through their app. While there aren't as many vegan options as some might hope, there are still plenty to choose from. We tried the vegan pizza, vegan haggis balls, and spicy chips, and everything was delicious! In 2021, they offered five excellent vegan pizzas from a family-run establishment that was awarded Scottish Pizzeria of the Year. We ordered two pizzas to take away, and they were fantastic. This update is from my previous review on September 29, 2021."

"Been going to Khan's for a few years now and have never had a complaint. Another review commented on the lack of salt, perhaps not wrong but anyone can make flavor by banging in salt (and you can always add salt, cannae take it away). Khan's food has always struck me (as a chef), as balancing the flavours and seasoning really well, chef kens what he is doing IMO. Very reasonably priced, friendly lads in the shop, what more can you ask for. Update, still awesome, great customer service, and I'm not kidding you, best seekh kebab ever. Should get an award for it. No Khan, No Party"

"Amazing food, but some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve came here or ordered food from here, there’s always been an issue. First time I ordered collection from here they gave us someone else’s order and we had to go all the way back to change it had to wait another 30 mins for it to be fixed and also had to ask for some sort of compensation as we weren’t offered anything. Every time we’ve tried to book a table on the phone they’ve says there’s no space and we’ve went there to see and there’s been plenty of tables and we’ve asked for a table and they said there fully booked for the rest of the night although there is about 3 customers in the whole place. A second time we ordered online there was chips missing from our order. When I have phoned to place an order for collection they are rude on the phone, laughing and chatting in the background before they even say hello and while talking to a member a staff they were all chatting also, they speak over you when your talking and butt in. This place has amazing food but customer service really puts us off. Needs to be sorted as there’s an issue every time with them."
