"the torched pie was in taste and was fade. My wife took some pig cheeks that were insipid. I was served with a sauerkraut whose chest and pork shredder was rubbery and tasteless. the smoked sausage was bloated with coloring as well as the knack that was too smoked and colored. Only the cabbage was acceptable. we don't always understand the positive feedback when we ate a meal like that. all this lacks professionalism. hoping that the restorer will take over and put a few extra euros on each line of his card and buy quality products and not the first prize. Only the black pinot of alsace was good. Nothing to say about service. In time, this restaurant was more qualitative. Has he changed ownership?"

We spent the evening at the hotel and dinner, without reservation. The reception was cordial and professional, the menu offers a wide choice of local specialties and dishes to seasonal products. The carefully cooked set will come back with great pleasure.

reception at the provisional restaurant,The main being in work,So under a roofed structure,Original but warm for the period and many flies at the arrival of the dishes! of simple fans would be welcome...If not restoration at the height of the establishment.

I stayed in the Hotel Père Benoît, which is situated at the other side of the quiet courtyard. The restaurant comprises of three medium size rooms and on the evening I visited was bustling with local people that is always a good sign. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I had one of the best scallop and parmesan risottos ever. My only slight criticism is that the smaller tables are placed quite close together.

very nice welcome and from the moment the fairy of the torched pie began with an excellent creamy for month with a fishing liqueur and for other nature or with griots. and then a beautiful black pinot and of course the very good tart flambée or gratinée. for others it was a very nice piece of meat and goat salad that was worth the detour. very attentive and predictive. the desserts are to see again to give a touch of novelty and the mellow if I'm mistaken to know, it's not a mellow house. but still of medium quality (not shining enough and a good vanilla ice accompanies better this dessert than a raspberry sorbet.Thank you for your welcome and availability, we have a good time
