We went here for our work Christmas drinks this weekend (yes I am aware it is March Lol).

Front of house staff member was very good and helpful. It was a very busy wet Saturday night. Food was good. Music was excellent.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received in London!! The rudest staff at the door ! Used to come here a lot but will not be coming back !!!

Strongroom offers a fantastic atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. They may have live music on certain nights, but overall the vibe is excellent and suitable for any season. They also have a great selection of drinks available.

The restaurant has a nice outdoor space, but the service at the entrance is terrible. The staff were rude and aggressive towards my friends and other customers for no apparent reason. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence. I would recommend avoiding this place if you want to have an enjoyable evening. View menu

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They discriminated against me and provided terrible service. They refused to let me in with my medication, even though I am a Type 1 diabetic. They insisted that I leave my medication outside in order to enter. I am shocked that this kind of discrimination still exists in 2023. Avoid this place at all costs!

Recently visited this establishment with a few work colleagues. The door staff were nice and friendly and full of banter. First impressions were good. However, it became apparent that several of our party were spoken to very rudely by a male manager who seemed to be having a bad night. He lost his temper when one of our party changed his drink order. Without justification, he wanted him removed. When the door staff came over the manager claimed he was too drunk. The door supervisor agreed he was not but explained that he had no choice but to remove our colleague on the manager's instruction. Came here for a drink on Thursday 29th of September to have some after work drinks. When I got there, the doorwoman was so rude and aggressive that I wanted to leave. Had my friends not already been at the venue, I would have. I was perfectly polite to her but she was incredibly antagonistic and aggressive for absolutely no reason. I've never experienced anything like it in years of living in London She was so aggressive that I felt physically threatened and that if I'd called her out on her rudeness she would have attacked me.
