"from here, the new Nacho chicken sub with the new kartoffel chips and a drink has been ordered. the sub was barely filled with chicken tasting! it was about kartoffel chips when it was supposed to be filled up! and I paid for it. that! I wanted to complain, but they also worked so slowly that the people spend in the waiting queue, it was absolutely ridiculous! there was a new guy who worked there with brown hair and a few other workers on the back it was absolutely terrible that they didn't know what they did and no effort in everything I loved a full refund really it is so unacceptable and has now completely removed me from the subway. thanks to so much will never be here again, I hope it closes its absolutely terrible."

the order was completely wrong and two sandwiches were missing. the food was cold, squeezed and soggy. it's really embarrassing, then when I called the load, the employees were rude and unacceptable how to help.

As a regular Subway visitor we were appalled at the state of this one in Chester. It was filthy. Tables were filthy, floors were filthy and don’t get me started on the toilet. I even had to clean my chair before I could sit on...it.

My family love subway but this Subway is awful. Floor toilets and tables are filthy. There is a new girl on duty and she’s getting little help from the staff. When we asked why floor had not been cleaned told they can’t clean between shifts?

I have said this girl repeatedly, I am vegetarian and she used the same gloves to treat meat from the previous customer, then to make my sandwich, which was naturally vegetarian. I am appalled by the unhygienic and badly trained staff that is busy...here started their name with a r (something like ray? I hope the manager will have a solid word and move them.

I'm a fan Subway but this is the first time using Chester Forgate street and it was terrible. Both inch subs came with hardly any filling and drowned in sauce. I've never had a problem like this with any other stores. No wonder their...score on just eat is poor. How do you fail at making a sandwich??... embarrassing for the manager to not have the basics covered in their establishment.

I visited the load on Foregate Street at the march at 16 o'clock and I was served by a worker with blue hair, she didn't change her gloves after the change with meat when I had ordered a vegan sandwich. the knife. she cut my bread, was full of sauce and eat. that has completely dismissed me to come back, I find it outrageous! Perhaps the workers need more training for vegetarian products and the right procedures - I will not visit again.

Called in about ish on there was a lovely lady serving sorry don't know her name but she had a very nice tattoo the wife commented on, the food had breakfast sub and a roast chicken sub, with tea and coffee all great...we really enjoyed our subs!!! We have to take tablets before we can eat which she let us get some water from machine, some Subways don't do this which we were very grateful, everything was clean and tidy nice and warm in there too, we very much recommend here,
