"It was the first time I ordered Sushi Up, it will be the last. To begin with and most seriously of all, advertising is misleading. Take a look at the attached photos of an advertisement for pokés with cans of soda next to it and then the photo of what we got at home. EDIT: Google won't let me upload screenshots from the web, but it's easy to compare by looking at my photos and what they advertise (FALSE ADVERTISING of a lifetime). The most serious thing is that after writing to them privately to provide an opportunity and receive the apologies that a scammed client deserves, the person who runs the social networks did not apologize at any time, which makes the anger rise in tone and I decide to publish on all the sites you can evidence that they use MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I have eaten a lot of pokés and I prepare them at home and for the one that came to us I would not pay more than €5 for the amount it has. They excuse themselves in that the product is of the highest quality, but gentlemen, we are not talking about bluefin tuna from almadraba, it is a rich yellow fin tuna, period. 11 cubes of tuna in my Poké and if you see the photo at least it seems that double. The salmon tartar is more of the same, they charge you €12 for a mini tartar that should be worth half... 4 forks. And finally, it's an insignificant detail if the rest of the order is okay, the peppermint leaf they put on the mochi is the ugliest and blackest I've ever seen. In their favor I have to say that the prawn and ginger gyozas were correct. If they have dignity and get off the bandwagon of arrogance, they should recognize that they are wrong to show the photos they display on the web and in letters. And also change the tone with people who complain politely and offer them the opportunity to improve their company. They admit that in 8 years they have never had a review like this... Para empezar y lo más grave de todo la publicidad es engañosa. Mirad las fotos que adjunto de un anuncio suyo de pokés con latas de refresco al lado y luego la foto de lo que nos llegó a casa. EDITO: Google no me deja subir los pantallazos de la web, pero es fácil de comparar viendo mis fotos y lo que ellos anuncian (PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA de toda la vida). Lo más grave es que tras escribirles por privado para brindar una oportunidad y recibir las disculpas que merece un cliente estafado la persona que lleva las redes sociales no se disculpó en ningún momento, lo que hace que el cabreo suba de tono y me decida a publicar en todos los sitios que pueda las pruebas de que utilizan PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA. He comido muchísimos pokés y los preparo en casa y por el que nos llegó no pagaría más de 5€ por la cantidad que tiene. Ellos se excusan en que el producto es de primerísima calidad, pero señores no hablamos de atún rojo de almadraba, es un atún de aleta amarilla rico, punto. 11 daditos de atún en mi Poké y si ves la foto al menos parece que venga el doble. El tartar de salmón más de lo mismo, te cobran 12€ por un mini tartar que debería valer la mitad... 4 tenedores. Y por último, es un detalle insignificante si el resto del pedido está bien, la hoja de hierbabuena que le ponen al mochi es la más fea y negra que jamás haya visto. A su favor he de decir que las gyozas de gamba y jengibre eran correctas. Si tienen digninidad y se bajan del carro de la prepotencia deberían reconocer que se equivocan al mostrar las fotos que exhiben en la web y cartas. Y también cambiar el tono con la gente que se queja educadamente y les ofrece la oportunidad de mejorar su empresa. Ellos admiten que en 8 años jamás han tenido una crítica así... Simplemente miren sus perfiles y vean la criticas, hablan por sí solas, la calidad precio no es su fuerte."

Un poco caro para lo que es, el arroz pasadito, el poke diminuto. Me esperaba más. El servicio muy bien, super puntual. Repetir? Pues podría para pedir alguna pieza diferente, pero tampoco se me irá la vida en ello.

Muy malo, arroz grumoso y se deshace, sopa miso horrible caldo de agua sin sabor. No sé qué ha pasado pues antes de navidad 2022 era delicioso. El cocinero/a debe haberse ido y el actual es nefasto. Una pena. No volveré a pedir. View menu
