"super dear personal, very very very child-friendly, loose atmosphere, coffee tastes really delicious. there are various vegan types of milk and vegan options in the menu. vegan milk foam gets her great! I find it very lonely that the wind table is not found in the damentoilette, but in one of all the smarter usable pre-room with wash basins in front of the toilets. I think I'm great, though I don't have kids myself.I was working on my laptop here. because often children are in the caffe, the sockets must be switched on, but this is done immediately. The W-Lan password is also provided quickly. The cool device speaks for itself both inside and on the terrace before. Thanks, dear tante emma. I'll be more often soon."

Stopped here for a break - opposite the zoo and serving excellent coffee and delicious cakes! Sat outside under the canopy. Really welcoming and good quality!

delicious, sweet and harmonious. in the outside area little traffic and quiet, although so close to the hbf. the perfect start in the day e.g. before a zoo visit

Unfortunately, we cannot really evaluate the locality, because the service has received us unfriendly on the one hand and on the other it seems that no interest in receiving our order. after 15 minutes we have gone.

Tante Emma is situated close to the main train station, making it very easy to get one of the better cups of coffee in Karlsruhe. The food is great, with daily soups, salads, cakes and other baked goods all on offer. The vegan options were nice, the potato soup was large and tasty. The service is only in German, but they were very helpful with my non-German speaking in laws, making it work (I believe the owner speaks some English).

the coffee also offers smaller dishes in addition to cake. the scurry is colorfully compiled, perhaps by tante emma directly. the location very quiet, with a view of some zoogehege and immediately near the train station. we had quiche with salate. the salate was not a leaf salad but cuscus, with a spicy too strongly dominated. strongly reminded of alternative cuisine recipes. the quiche could be a little bigger for men. best to order a quiche with speck and one with sweet. then the portion is sufficient and one can dispense with the salate which is in need of reconciliation.

"we were initially april with our Greek course eating there. the weather was great, you could sit outside, but we had reserved in it because it was cool for this season in the evening. 8 people were put together in the corner at a table, although the neighbour was not occupied and no guests were sitting in this corner. we ordered several appetizers, including 2 plates for 2 people each. when we asked what was exactly on the plates on it, the energized answer came "of everything" which unfortunately was not true. it was a lot (but not everything) on it and it also tasted great part well.We ordered some other things so that everyone could taste everything. the tzatziki was either without garlic or with very little garlic. for a greek shameful bad. the zucchinibällchen were something sweetly fritted, which did not even taste like zucchini. the rest of the food tasted good. Now to the service: after our ordered food was brought to us, we were done/unregistered for the service. the waiter who served us at the beginning, we got no more too face for the rest of the evening. he rather sat in the introductory area with ancestral kinship to tell.Nobody asked if we needed anything else, no one asked if we wanted to drink something. When we wanted to get some bread, we had to shout 3x loud so that someone came. one of us ordered another 1/4 l of wine because he had to drive. 1/2 l wein was brought by a young waiter who did not understand a word German. Finally, a second waiter came in, who understood our complaint and brought the desired also quite fast. Conclusion: eating was the greatest part good, typical classic unfortunately bad, the operation a catastrophe. there are some creeps in carlsruhe that can know their menu and give away and are significantly better especially in matters service. I've never seen this grieche again."
