"My family and I usually dine at this restaurant once a month, but due to the current situation with Coronavirus, we opted for a takeaway today. We placed two separate orders at 18:05, one for £25 and the other for £44 (as we are from the same household but separate families). We were informed that our food would be ready in 45 minutes. However, after waiting for an hour and a half, our food still hadn't arrived. We contacted the restaurant and were told it would be there in 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes passed and still no food. The delivery driver eventually arrived, but with only one order costing £25. When we opened the food, it was cold. Upon calling the restaurant, they hung up on us. We tried calling again for the second order, only to be told it had already been delivered when it had not. As a family, we were extremely upset and kept calling every 5-10 minutes. The restaurant then informed us that the delivery driver was lost with the food and they were cooking it fresh. Three hours later, the £44 order finally arrived, but once again, it was freezing cold, indicating that they had simply collected it from the original driver and brought it straight to us. We are regular customers of this restaurant, but after this terrible experience, we will never be returning."

I have been dining at and ordering from this restaurant for 17 years, and I have never had a bad meal or any subpar experiences. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and have also had food delivered, and it has always been excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and always provide personalized service. It is so nice when they remember your favorite drink!

We always come to this Indian and since lockdown have many a takeaway from them. This place is such a friendly family place. Lovely atmosphere. Food is always delicious and nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Ray is a great guy and has a great team too. Food is alway great and piping hot too. Lovely place to go and have a nice quiet meal and a drink.

Today was my first day at this amazing Indian restaurant, as soon as we walked in the staff and the manager gave us a very warm welcome. We ordered a main platter and some desserts. Honestly the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I loved it! Definitely would recommend anyone to visit this Indian restaurant and in my opinion one of the best restaurants around in Aveley.

Came here to have a takeaway while staying in a premiere inn. The staff were very nice, and the restaurant had 2 families eating in it so families are well looked after. The food was very nice and for 2 curries, 2 rice, 1 side 2 naan and 3 popadom it was £21 which I thought was good value. Only slight downer were the naan was a tad dry, think it may have been yesterdays (we got there just as it opened). But only a slight issue not a big deal at all and the curries were so beautifully flavoured with real depth of flavours. Delicious.

Honestly I have nothing but good words. This place was absolutely fantastic; the food, the atmosphere and the service. All the staff was very friendly, especially Mintu and Tanzeel. Not to forget the owner Ray always shows the greatest hospitality and the most friendliest welcome. I had the chicken tikka biriyani, garlic chicken, and a new meat dish they have on the menu (forgot the name). Absolutely smashing with a pint. This place has become my Thursday night regular and is always my most recommended curry house. If you want smashing food and company I highly recommend coming here.
