"Generally, the food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty—always hot and full of aroma. I typically dine here once a month and usually get takeout, but it has always been a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, there used to be a whole section offering the mains with jackfruit or vegan meat alternatives, but now there are no other options for vegans apart from the generic vegetable curry, which not many of us enjoy. However, the paneer was excellent for vegetarians. I hope they bring back the previous options as I used to enjoy dining here before they removed them."

"I visited this restaurant regularly until Christmas 2021. this was my first visit this year and the property has changed again! in the front part of the restaurant were three lights turned on, the light was bad, the heating was...ab and there was no music at all. the waiter' had difficultities in the first part of my order for 2 plain and 2 spicy poppadome and a bottle cobra, after several repeated accusations he finally got it right, except to try to give me 2 bottles cobra at the same time. I decided to skip the starter and chicken jalfrezi mushroom rice and okra ordered. the food came, but the waiter treated the plate with bare hands and not covered with a served cloth, while he got the food I used my bag sanitiser to wipe the plate where he put his thumb. the chicken was tasteless and was possibly boiled, in which the whole meal was tasteless. I paid the bill and went around 9.45 clock within about 1 minute of my leave the restaurant closed and the roller shutters were closed. this was a Saturday night and it seemed that I had been their only eating in the customer. I don't think they'll survive much longer. a great scandal that a beautiful restaurant with a hygiene rating of 5 seems to be on the way last year."

"The food was good! We ordered a variety of starters/mains, all unique in taste. None of the curries were similar but all different in their own ways. Food came out piping hot (important for us Ordered a mocktail which was exceptional! Had a few complimentary items which was thoughtful. Staff were very accommodating. "Ordered through Just Eat. Customer service was excellent, a member of staff called me on mobile to confirm the delivery address and order which was nice. The delivery man (just eat) was very friendly and professional the food arrived bang on time. I had a lamb Madras, garlic naan keema rice. The meal also came with a free popadom which was nice of them. The Madras was really nice, it was very well balanced for herbs and spices and there was a good amount of lamb which tasted fresh and of a good quality. For my personal preference, the Madras could of been a bit 'hotter ' but of course every restaurant has their own way of making these curries and it was still a great, lots of sauce too which was also good. The naan was good too, a nice size and it actually tasted of garlic. The keema rice however didn 't do it for me, it just didn 't look right, it was quite pale coloured and the mince was a grey sort of colour, it was quite different to other keema rice dishes I 've had. However I can 't complain too much, the meal was excellent value and the staff were great too, plus not everything can be as dine in quality due to the restrictions of course so don 't judge them just for an ok rice dish. The rest of the meal was brilliant. Also the popadom tasted fresh and full of flavour and crunch, I have to say it was probably the best popadom I 've had. So 1) excellent, polite, personal customer service. 2) great service from 'Just Eat ' delivery staff. 3) great quality meal, especially for the price paid. 4) brilliant value for money. 5) most importantly it tasted fresh. Good job guys and thankyou."

"I had a great time at Masala Gallery. The Long Island Spiced Tea Cocktail was impressive and the food was excellent. The butter naan was some of the best I've ever had - light and fluffy. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The large TV channels added to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely visit again. The only downside was limited parking spaces."

"Got some chips with curry sauce just now on my way home from work. The curry sauce is more like a spicy, warming butternut squash soup. On chips it's a bit weird tho, not really what I expected, and they didn't really go well together. I'd totally pay for this as soup with some flatbread on the side, I think it would easily be a hit at a posh café, so do keep it on the menu"

"We ordered from this place 3/4 times, all good no complains with curries and burgers. We made an order the other day weekday at 10pm) and when they brought the food there was a portion of chips missing, the pizza crust was completely black and burned, and after a slice I found a black hair between the pizza base and the cheese, so i'm sure is NOT mine! We called to get another pizza and our chips, but whoever answered the phone was very rude, saying that they are all bold at the restaurant and it was not possible! And after 10 min arguing he finally agreed to bring a new pizza, but only if we could show to the delivery guy the hair... After all that mean arguing i did not want any food from them, who know they could have spit on my new pizza... Never again!"

"During our visit to Cheltenham, we stumbled upon this charming restaurant by chance. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive to all our needs. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. My husband ordered an Afghan chicken dish from the special menu placed on our table and he loved it. I opted for the Bombay Aloo and was not disappointed. The meal came with fluffy pilau rice and a delicious garlic naan bread. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and would highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant. Well done!"
