"I took my family to this restaurant today. My wife is Czech and she wanted to have a taste of home. The Czech Slovak cuisine here is really tasty and the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. The authentic decor adds to the overall experience. The best part is that they serve top-quality Czech beer! I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be returning."

Delicious homemade food, excellent beer, and everything is very reasonably priced.

I think, on the whole, we can all accept that HOME will never be a real replacement for the much beloved Cornerhouse.

We enjoyed a generous farmer's platter for two along with two delicious Czech beers. We are eager to return and explore more of the menu. View menu

Weirdly this is never my first choice/first place that comes to mind for food, yet every time I get here I think it's great and have no idea why not.

My wife and I visited Tatra for the first time on Saturday evening. The food was incredible and completely authentic, reminiscent of our time in Prague.

Okay I will agree that HOME doesn't particularly make me feel at home, nor is the interior and decor homely - but just because the name doesn't necessarily View menu

beautiful atmospheric restaurant, healthy eating, but I think it was a bad night-re-good person. service not great because I think serious inexperience. otherwise the owner came to us and was a very friendly nice man.

The restaurant has a nice ambiance and serves delicious, wholesome food. However, the service was not great, possibly due to inexperienced staff. On the bright side, the owner came to our table to chat and he was very friendly and nice.

"Went here last night at the tail end of an office Christmas party and we stumbled (quite literally inside having been turned away at a restaurant next door. It was past closing though their OPEN sign was still on. Anyway! Although Oppa was just about to close, they took us in, a group of 6, and stayed open until we finished. When I realized we were in a Korean restaurant, I was so excited; I've been searching for a good Korean restaurant in the midlands. My colleagues were much less so as they had never had Korean food and were unfamiliar with everything on the menu. I ordered for everyone and despite some of them being difficult one colleague kept asking for samosas, aah! the service was faultless. Staff were super attentive and helpful, patient, friendly, good fun, and extremely accommodating. Just perfect! And they stayed open for us quite late without rushing us out, what more can you ask for? Ok, so the food. It was SO so good and I'm already planning to go back. The kimchi was bang on how I like (a big deciding factor for me strongly fermented/pickled and spicy, and fresh. All the bulgogi (marinated meat , dolsot bibimbap (sizzling rice bowl , jjigae (stew/ramen style soups , seafood and extras that were served tasted just like I had hoped they would. Presentation was great everything looked properly appetizing and vegetables and seafood, etc were all clean and fresh. I was too busy stuffing my face and enjoying the moment and company to take photos, but the few photos I've seen on here are true to life. Other things people might be interested in: This restaurant is kitted out to cook Korean BBQ at/in/on your table. It is spacious, with lots of tables and room to move around. Decor is tasteful and minimal. It is clean and indeed I was warned by staff when going upstairs to the ladies' to be careful as the stairs and the toilets had all just been cleaned (and clean they were! . If you're looking for good Korean food, look no further. If you're looking to try Korean food for the first time, this is a great place to start. Go for it! Might see you there, if I can help it :D [I've copied this review over from where I originally posted it because this listing and the one for OPPA in Leicester are the same exact restaurant, FYI]"
