He was one of the few people in Munich that struggled with English, he did offer us English menus though. It 's Kurdish/Turkish food, although I 'm not sure how authentic mine was given that it was veggie- I got the 'Patlıcan Böreği ' or 'Baked eggplant and zucchini with cheese, served with garlic yogurt sauce and Salad '. It was very nice- kind of like an lasagne made from layers of aubergine."

My friend and I were in Munich for a few days and this restaurant was recommended to us. I have to say we were not disappointed. It was really delicious and we would definitely eat there a second time!

I can only recommend this restaurant, the kitchen is top! We were served super sweet by the waiter, the sympathy plays a very big role. To this we felt very comfortable at the beautiful atmosphere and knew directly that we wanted to come back soon with the whole family, because you will simply be warm and welcome.

I knew Germany had a lot of excellent Turkish cuisine, so I went looking for one and came across this one. I had their lamb kavurma and it was magnificent! So flavorful and a generous portion of it! I even ordered some baclava to go and it was also great! Highly recommend! I visited in March of 2011, but that wasn't an option.

A fellow American expatriate introduced me to this place, and I have been back many times. It's a relatively small, friendly place run by a Kurdish family. The room is bright and cheerful, the service prompt and discreet. The clientele seems to be mainly people who live in the neighborhood. The food is authentic and excellent, light and healthy and tasty. They have a full bar for those who want strong drink, beer or wine with their dinner. It is reachable by the Number 19 tram.
