"We enjoyed this restaurant so much, we went there three times in a week. In the majority of restaurants we've been in, the atmosphere ranged from congenial to moderately enthused. While Kreta wasn't raucous, it was hard to hear the person sitting across from me...as it seemed everyone in the restaurant was animated to say the least. Much of that probably starts with the staff. We had Stergia who was engaging and charming but had a little bit of mischievousness too. The food was very good and my travelling partner loved the gyros. The prices were reasonable and i'd recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes good food or a good time."

The hostess and staff are very welcoming and friendly. They appear genuinely glad that you came in to eat. They are very engaging. The food is very good. Generous portions. Reasonable prices.

Great Greek food. The collection is super organized and the dishes are neatly packed. At present a good alternative, the Greek for its own dining table. We'll be happy if we can eat on site soon.

If you like Freek food and greek atmosphere, you found your place at Merseburg. Excellent service, people seem to be happy to be working here. The food is also great. I had pork and it was huge! Almost couldn't finish it. View menu

Everything was great, the service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty and nice hot as it should be. We were thrilled and like to come back. Despite the full restaurant, there was no stress. A very cozy atmosphere.

Very nice place with great cost-benefit, service is good and the ambient is well decorated, renovated and it's located in a central location. The food is delicious and well prepared, and you can have some different flavors from the Greek cousine.

Excursions in Merseburg and food go with the family, great location and very friendly and fast service, food was nice hot and delicious, unfortunately as with most Greeks there is not that in the Metaxas sauce, as it is called, very bad. Not recommended View menu

Super Greek authentic style food. A gem for this part of the world. We mixed starters and had mixed main courses eith ouzo. Very friendly service and value fir money. We took doggy bag and enjoyed the flavours twice even though we were advised not...to order too much.

Whilst you are on your travels you must stop and enjoy the fantastic and friendly hospitality of Maria. This lady knows how to make everyone feel so welcome like family. Her food is cooked beautifully and there is a hearty plateful every time from the...excellent Takziki to the hot peppers. Her beers are ice cold as is the flowing ouzo to help with digestion lol Go here and treat yourself
