"We first went here in 2016 for breakfast as it was near our hotel in Montreux, and we already fell in love with the place. With their wide selection of pastries and bread, as well as the crepes, we knew we would return to this place. And that we did! The ambiance, both inside or outside, is simply perfect for our taste. It was still a bit cold in the mornings during breakfast, so we sat inside. We were greeted with a spectacular view overlooking a part of the city. The food, we had mostly crepes as it is quite rare for us to find a crepe place that is good. And the ones they have here are very good! Another fantastic thing about this small cafe is that one would not easily expect to get such an amazing light lunch meal. But after having their beef tartar after a hike, we no longer had any doubts. This cafe became our favorite in Montreux. As for dessert, we simply ordered what they have available at that time, and the Tarte au Citron and Tarte au Flan she brought us were like the cherry on top for that visit. No doubt, whenever we visit Montreux again, we will definitely be going back to this gem of a cafe, having some Blanc and chatting with the friendly regulars here."

This is a charming cafe up the hill from Montreux. It is a bit of an uphill climb but the destination is worth it! We had a lovely breakfast overlooking the city. On your way out go up the hill and see the waterfall under the bridge. Charming.

Nearly missed seeing this gem as we were exploring Old Town Montreux. It was Good Friday. Hardly anything small or family run was open that day. So it was such a treat to find this place. The service, food and view were just lovely. My husband and I enjoyed delicious quiches and cappuccinos. While our two boys devoured Jambon and Frommage croissants and Nutella crepes. Highly recommend.

Located in the upper part of the old city of Montreux it requires a little walk to get here - but this worthwhile! The place can host only 10-15 people, more if wheather allows to sit outside. Sitting on the balcony you have a great view on the lake and the surrounding mountains. The food offered ranges from salad, sandwitch, crepe to cake - all tasty and freshly prepared!! A very personal and friendly service. Absolutely recommended.

Visited this place in Dec as our hotel was near by. We went early (around 9 am as we heard the run out very quickly on the fresh baked goods early). We opted for some Croissants/ pan au chocolat and crepes. The pastry was served...hot, crispy, flaky, soft and chewy in the middle delicious along with the very filling crepes and loose leaf teas. Lovely place, very friendly staff and the mountain view in the terrace is gorgeous. It was reasonably priced (for 2 people, 2 x tea, coffee, pastries and a crepe was around CHF 20). They also serve quiche and salads

Very recommended. This is a sweet little cafe about 15 minutes walk uphill from the station infinitely doable in the old town. It has a beautiful terrace over the small street from where you can dine outside while you overlook the lake and the mountains. In addition to really good coffee and beautiful looking pastries, I couldn't taste everything! They have more substantial farewells like quiche, crepes gallets, salad. I had the ham cheese gallette with buckwheat flour and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly, with my high school French. And there is Wifi to stay a bit after your meal and plan your next adventure or write such a review!!
