"Varios años intentando conseguir mesa, seguramente por la inmediatez de las solicitudes de reserva y alguna que otra vez, teniendo que anular la reserva conseguida, por imprevistos de la vida, habían conseguido germinar en mi inconsciente la errónea idea de que quizás el destino me estaba enviando mensajes, de que mi insistencia se podría ver frustrada por una mala experiencia. Por fin, hoy, hemos ocupado una mesa. Mi inconsciente ha desenraizado el brote germinado y ha confirmado que nuestro interés tenía razón de ser. Buen producto, bien cocinado, muy bien servido y en un ambiente que evoca tiempos pasados. Felicidades."
