I'm not an authority in Vietnamese food but everything that was served seemed authentic to me. Everything is prepared on site and fresh, contrary to what can sometimes be found in other Asian restaurants. I've never been to Vietnam, so I'm not an authority, but the Vietnamese influenced cuisine seems authentic. Everything is fresh and I found no trace of industrially produced items like you could find elsewhere.
